Tender For Patch Repair Work For Mdr/Odr At Block Charkhari Area - Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of 22.4-53mm sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smoothwheel roller 80-100 kN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming stone screeningto fill up the interstices of coarse aggregates, watering and compacting to the required density grading-III as per technical specification clause 405 2 Providing and laying of a stress absorbing membrane over a cracked road surface, with crack width 6 to 9 mm after cleaning with a mechanical broom, using modified binder complying with IRC:SP: 53, prayed at the rate of 11 kg per 10 sqm and spreading 11.2 mm crushed stone aggregates @ 0.12 cum per 10 sqm, sweeping the surface for uniform spread of aggregates and surface finished to conform to clause 902. 3 Providing and applying tack coat with V.G.-10 bitumen using bitumen pressure dristributor @ 0.30 kg. per sqm. on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503. 4 Providinglaying & rolling of open graded premix carpet of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates using VG-10 grade bitumen to required line ,grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base including mixing in a suitable plant,laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 KN static roller capacity finished to required level and grades to be followed by seal coat . Technical sepecification Claues 508 5 Providing and laying of premix sand seal coat with HMP of appropriate capacity not less than 200 tonnes/ hours using crushed stone chipping 6.7 mm size and penetration bitumen of suitable grade. 6 Clearing jungle including uprooting trunk vegetation grass,bush wood trees and saplings of girth upto 30cm meassured at a height of 1 mtr. above ground level and removal of rubbish upto a distance of 50m outside the periphery of area cleared.
