    Providing/ Fixing And Installation Of Various Items For Celebration Of Independence Day (15 August 2025) At Town Hall Tangmarg. -0 1 Hire and Labour charges for errecting of water proof Shamiyanal with Bumboo /pipe posts and tied withropes and other toolsrequired including lining for sides / ceiling including with kanath andfurnished with dragget sheets including general watchand removal of same complete as directed by Engineer at site. 2 Hire and Labour charges for errecting ofShamiyana including Providing of Crewal on walls and ceiling of requredquality withcarpets & Kanathfor VIP stage andfixingwith ceiling and pillers includicng General watch and ward and removal of same after clebration and all carriagesto and fro all leads and lifts complete required size (vip shamiyana) 3 Tajeer for boundary around parad area 4 Hire charges of PVC chairs with arms (single use)to be supplied before 24 hours of parade at required site including all carriages to fro complete 5 Hire/laying charges of Tarpolin including carriages complete 6 Installation of stage (incl. loading, unloading & all carriages from Divisional Store & Return Back) 7 Hire and fixing charges buntings of artificial flowers ballons etc to VIP Entrance gate/Row complete job 8 Hire and Labour charges for laying of carpets for demontration of different cultural programs 9 Providing /Fixingand installation poater banner
