Bidders Must Inspect The Site/Building Before Bidding; No Claims Will Be Entertained Later. 2] Dismantling & Debris Clearance ? Purchaser Must Dismantle The Entire Structure And Remove All Debris At Their Own Cost Before Taking Delivery. 3] Outside Materials Excluded ? Items Lying Outside The Structure Are Not Part Of The Auction. 4] No Damage To Surroundings ?
