Provide 99x2500x0.9mm thick Fixing Channel behind Horizontal Board Joints with the help of 4.2x13mm wafer head metal to metal screws. 1x12.5mm thick Standard Plasterboard (Conforming to IS 2095 & BSEN 520) ISI & EPD Certified Gypsum Board is screw fixed with Metal Framing with the help of 25mm long Drywall screws at 300 mm centres. The screw fixing of gypsum boards to the metal framing at the periphery, openings and cut edges should be at 150mm centres. All the boards must be staggered All joints to be taped & finished with 50mm wide USG Knauf Paper tape & APJC Jointing compound. Design Criteria: Height at site – 3.5 meters , STC -43, Fire Rating – NA All joints to be taped & finished with 50mm wide Paper tape & redimix APJC Jointing compound confirming to ASTM C475. All Openings cut outs & periphery shall be treated with appropriate sealant. Appropriate Cavity Toggles to be used for any unplanned loading in the Drywall and to be installed as per manufacturers recommendation. All work should be carried out as per the recommendation of Engineer Incharge and as per recommended practices of the manufacturer. All overlaps in the metal studs required for extension to achieve the wall height shall be boxed for minimum length of 300mm and no horizontal joints of the boards should coincide with the overlap. All Openings cut outs & periphery shall be treated with Fire & Acoustical sealant. The drywall should withstand lateral wind pressure of 200 Pa with deflections limited to L(Span)/240 criteria. The G.I frame ( Base Frame after soundproof membrane ) of thickness 0.50 consist of GI metal stud frame of size 50mm having one flange of 41mm and other of 44mm placed @ every 600 mm c/c in vertical direction. The MICRONE ( for Sound Insulation - Acoustical Property ) of thickness 50mm and density 40Kg/m3 is fixed in between studs enact with chicken mess ( Purpose to hold the MICRONE to its place firmly ) .On outer side one layer of 12 mm perforated WPC BOARD ( Water Proof with High Density Board with Acoustical & Soundproofing Properties ) is screwed. Screw fixing is done mechanically. WPC boards Perforation ( Holes to trap the sound within to eliminate ECHO 100% ) to be done at site according to technical Specification of Proposed AV Systems & Equipments . A layer of 1/2 thick Dycrone (Synthetic wool to filter the sound - hard to soft ) is fixed on the perforated WPC baord to give cushioning to the pannels and fabric is streched Through PVC Grippers as per design chosen or proposed by Designer / Architecht or selected by customer of its own Sqm 254.35125 11 Providing & fixing Sliding folding partition 3.2 height in extruded aluminium sections with Bottom/ top track and with sound insulation value of > 50 dB and shutter with laminate finish with all fitting fixtures and supporting framework work, etc., complete Sqm 52.76775 Wood-paneling 12 Providing and fixing of 12mm ply on wall surface with required packing for leveling, ply is finished in laminate of approved shade and make.
