Biennial Contract for Various Civil Maintenance works at BTPS Township, hooghly-West Bengal

A) Execution of different types of maintenance works as per direction of E.I.C. Note: Payment will be made based on (a) WBPWD SOR [Building works, Volume-I] wef01.11.2017 and upto15th Corrigenda & Addenda for Schedule of Rates PWD(W.B) w.e.f - 01.11.2017D.O.P-07.09.2022 (b) WBPWDSOR [Sanitary & Plumbing works, Volume-II] wef01.11.2017 and 7th Corrigenda & Addenda for Schedule of Rates PWD(W.B) w.e.f - 01.11.2017D.O.P-22.01.2020 (C) Roads work, Bridge & culverts work and carriage etc. (Vol-III) as per PWDSOR Govt. of W.B for works as per relevant books effective from 30.08.2018 up to 10th addenda & corrigenda D.O.P-24.08.2022 thereof. Payable quantity will be as per execution at actual and rates for payment will be on the basis of rates given in above WBPWD schedule for different items. , Hiring of Hydraulic Excavator i.e. JCB for excavation, backfilling and other work. (Special permission of EIC is necessary prior to execution) . Rate is inclusive of Operator & fuel as required. , Pruning twigs of trees within BTPS Township area. a) Trimming of trees as per direction of E.I.C. b) Shifting of the branches of trees at least upto 02 KM from the area of operation. , Differential wage rate to accommodate existing labour (covered under settlement) wages at BTPS with respect to the assumed/estimated wage rate as per WBPDSOR [Difference of rate has been derived based on labour wage as on 01.01.2025]. [Manday means working day including CL, EL & holiday] (Please enter Basic Rate in Rs.825.23 for this item. ) , Cost of Liveriesforlisted workers which includes Soap@27,Duster@45 and cost of PPE for listed and non listed workerwhich include Helmet @180,Safety shoe @1400, Gum Boot @600 , Hand Gloves @100, Nose Guard@50.subjected to actual distribution of Items. , Grouting with Conbextra GP-2(Fosroc) or equivalent product under equipment bases, steel structures etc. including preparation of concrete surfaces by chipping, cleaning, etc. with approved quality of formwork as required curing and finishing the exposed surface with 1:1:2 cement concrete (nominal mix) by volume with 6mm down graded stonechips and necessary antishrinkage admixture as per the drawing, specification and direction of E-I-C. , Two coats paint of LINOSOL Chlorinated Rubber over a coat of primer LINOSOL HB Zine Phosphate (BERGER make or similar brand) after scrapping and surface preparation as per manufacturar specifications including all others incidental charges. , Engagement of 5HP capacity Pump including Fuel & Pump Operator for dewatering and desilting/desludging as per direction of EIC. , Hire and labour charges for erection of special steel scaffolding in conformity with the safety norms under Factory act to facilitate safety of workers and use off PPes like safety belts,net ,helmet etc. for job performed beyond 4.0m elevation related to repairing and maintenance of building ,S&P ,glazing ,painting works etc including dismantling of the same as per direction of EIC.When this item will be operated no extra/additional payment is admissible over rates specied in building schedule items like painting ,brickwork ,concrete etc or any items included in S&P schedule.(Payment is admissible beyond initial 4.0m height from GL/FLheight only) , Cost of tools tackles and consumable etc (on reimbursement basis at actual) as per instruction of utiliser department,BTPS. Payment will be made on submission of valid cash memo, challan etc. , Cost of GPA and WC Insurance for 02 years at actual basis
