Tender For Construction Of Cc Road From Sahu Jis Mill To Kumhrar Road Of Highway Under Nagar Panchayat Moth - Providing, laying spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadom specification including spreading in uniform thickness hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel roller 80 - 100 KN in stages to proper grade and camber, apploying and brooming, stone screening to fillup the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density .Grading 3 as per technical specification class 405 2 Construction of un-reinforce,and Expansion joint construction joints only pcc pavement thickness as per designover a prepared subbase, with 43 grade cement or any other type as clause 1501.2.2 m-30 grade coarse and fine aggregate confirming to is 383 maximum size of coarse aggregate not exeding 25 mm mixed in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.20 cum capacity and appropriate weigh batcher using approved mix design laid in approved fixed side formwork and fixing of 125 micron polytheen film including the levelling the formwork as per drawing spreading the concrete with shovel, rakes, compacting using needle, screed and plate vibraters and finished in continious operation including provision of contraction and expansion joints applying primerand curing compound and water finishing to lines and grade as per drawing and technical specification clause 1501. 3 Providing and Laying of 80 mm interlocking concreteblock pavement laid in stone dust base and fill joint with fine sand. Joint filled after labling and dressing base including supply of all materails, labours, T&P etc required for proper completion of the site 4 Excavation in foundation in moorum mixed soil(in Bundelkhand area) including lift upto 1.5 m. and lead upto 30 m. and including filling, watering and ramming of excavated earth into the trenches or into the space between the building and the sides of foundation trenches or into the plinth and removal and disposal of surplus earth as directed by Engineer-in-charge a distance of 30 m. from the foundation trenches. 5 Cement concrete in 1:6:12 with cement, sand and 22.40-53 mm granite stone ballast (crusher broken) in foundation including supply of all materials, labours and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work . 6 M 150 brick work in 1:4 cement and fine sand of 1.25 F.M. mortar in foundation and plinth in one brick thick wall including supply of all materials, labours and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work . 7 Cement, concrete in 1:2:4 with cement, coarse sand and approved 20 mm. gauge granite stone grit including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work. 8 12 mm. thick plaster in 1:4 with cement and fine sand of 1.25 F.M. mortar including supply of all materials, labours and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work . 9 R.C.C. with 1:1½:3 cement, coarse sand and approved 20 mm. gauge granite stone grit including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of work. 10 Mild steel or iron work in reinforcement such as R.B.or RCC work. 11 Supply and fixing of sign board including painting and lettering as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
