Top shall be with 43 mm thk boards with 2mm PVC edge banding with enhanced scratch resistance.The table top shall be supported on 75mm Peg mounted over side storage unit and fixed pedestal. The end wall of the table on the side shall be topped by gable end. The gable end shall be made up of 43mm thick Pre-laminated particle board and profile shall be in linear shape with appropriate PVC edge banding. The table shall be clad with 18mm thick modesty panel which provide structural support for the table. It shall be 18mm thick Pre-laminated particle board in linear shape with appropriate PVC edge banding connected with both end. Separate provision for mounting switches on the side table adjoining the tables shall be provided.Wire routing / wire management groumets covered with PVC wire manager shall be provided on main or side table. Pedestal Drawing Unit (Size: 400mm(W) x 470mm(D) x545mm(H) All Dim in MM with open tolerance of +/- 10mm EXTENDED RETURN UNIT 1050mm(w) x 450mm(D) x 740mm(H) : The Extended return table of size 1050x450x700mm shall be completely made up of Prelam particle board conforming to IS : 12823 Interior Grade with PVC edge banding. Top shall be in 25mm thk baord with 2mm PVC edge banding supported on 25mm thk. Gable ends and 18mm thk. Modesty panel. Exposed edges shall be in 2mm thk PVC edge banding & sealed edges shall be in 0.8mm thk PVC edge banding. BACK STORAGE UNIT: - 900mm(W) x 425mm(D) x 740mm(H)Storage Unit : Storage body shall be made of 18mm thick pre laminated partical Board conforming to IS : 12823 Interior Grade, The back of the unit shall be made from 9mm prelaminated board. All the exposed edges shall be with 2mm PVC egde Imported banding & sealed edges are with 0.8mm thick PVC Imported edge banding. The top, side and hinged shutters shall be sealed with 2mm thick PVC edge banding.The units shall be assembled by knock down fittings such as Minifix & Dowels. All the hardware and Hinges shall be from Hettich/Ebco. PVC edge banding shall be from Rehau or Dolken of Germany PEDESTRAL DRAWER UNIT:- 400mm(W) x 470mm(D) x 545mm(H) The Pedestal Unit of Dimensions 400mm(W) x 470mm(D) x 545mm(H) shall be made of 18mm thick pre laminated partical Board conforming to IS: 12823 Interior Grade. All the exposed edges shall be sealed with 2mm thick PVC Imported edge banding on sides and bottom of make Dolken or Rehau of Germany with matching grains as on Laminate. The top and drawer facia shall be sealed with 2mm thick PVC edge. The drawer unit shall consists of 1 box drawer and 1 file drawer. The sides of Inside drawer box shall be of prelam particle board. The drawer box shall be fitted with roller Slide for free movement. The drawer unit shall be provided with central locking system, where in the two drawer are locked with one key. PVC recessed handles shall be provided for easy opening and closing of drawer. The drawer unit shall be fitted on castors for easy mobility. PVC edge banding shall be from Rehau or Dolken of Germany with matching grains as on laminate. The complete furniture unit shall be factory assembled with knock down fittings. The pedestal shall be fitted with additional (5th) castor to avoid topplig of pedestal in case of opening of any / all of the 2 drawers. METAL KEYBOARD TRAY:- 0.8mm thick 19 2 CA, Head Cashier, Cashier, SDC, JEs, GSE & Other Staff Main Table:- Providing and placing executive table with return unit, Overall size of table is 1200mm x 750mm x750 mm .The construction of the main table shall be free standing structure . Table shall be in rectangular shape .Table :-- Table top is made up of 25mm thick pre laminated particle board of grade IS 12823interior grade . The profile of table top shall be in rectangular shape .The exposed sides shall be duly edge banded with 2mm thick PVC make of dolken / rehau with top and bottom of the edge banding duly rounded by automatic CNC machine.Modesty :-Modesty panel & Gable end is made up of 18mm thick pre laminated particle board of grade IS 12823 with2mm thick pvc edge banding make of dolken / rehau . The end wall of the table on the side shall be topped by gable end. There shall be buffers provided at the bottom to avoid the scratches on the floor.Extended Return Unit :- Return unit shall be made up of 18 mm thick prelam particle board with size of 900mm x 450mm x 700mm . The return unit top, side panel & front panel made up of 18 mm thickPedestal :-The size of Pedestal unit W400mm x D450mm x H680mm .It should be made up of 18mm thk. Prelam particle board conforming to IS : 12823 Interior Grade . The pedestal shall have 3 Drawer ( 2 Drawer + 1 Filing ) with roller slide mechanism for 2 Drawers and Ball bearing slide for 1 Fillng Unit . The Pedestal shall have central lock mechanism with single key .The exposed sides shall be duly edge banded with 2mm thick PVC make of dolken / rehau with top and bottom of the edge banding duly rounded by automatic CNC machine. There shall be buffers provided at the bottom to avoid the scratches on the floor. 3 SDO - MAIN CHAIR Providing and supplying high back chair with ergonomic design, comfortable & aesthetically appealing. The seat shall be made of 15mm thick hot pressed commercial plywood upholstered with high resilience polyurethane foam 40mm thick having density 40kg/m³ with foam net tapestry 0.9mm thick and 300 GSM and the back shall be made of injection moulded polypropylene net cover with breathable mesh tapestry. The backrest shall be made by keeping the natural curvature of the spine with lumbar support as well as head support. The seat and back shall be arrested together with 50-60µ thick HR steel spine and the armrest shall be used fixed polypropylene arm completely joint with seat. For seating durability the chair shall have synchro tilt 360 degree revolving mechanism with upright position locking and tilt tension adjustment. The seat and back electrostatically coated with epoxy powder and then cured under heat to allow it to form a skin. The armrest shall be made up of mild steel powder coated tube with 1.2mm thick. The base structure shall be supported by MS powder coated with 40-60µ (DFT). There shall be PPCP shoe provided at the base to avoid scratches on the floor. The seat size shall be 440±10 mm(D) X 405±10 mm(H) from ground. Overall height shall be = 775±10 mm, overall depth = 710±10 mm & overall width = 1765±10 mm. 8 MOVABLE COMPACT STORAGE UNIT 1 BAY 4 BODIES Providing and placing mechanically assisted Sprocket chain drive mechanism Mobile compactor with overall size 900 x450x 2080mm . The complete structure shall be made of 0.8 thick high yield strength CRCA sheet of grade D confirming to IS:513. Each unit have 5 loading levels formed by 4 nos. of adjustable shelves. . The body including shelves shall be given antirust surface treatment &final finish consists of epoxy polyester powder coating of approved color & shade with a Dry Film Thickness of minimum 40 microns.It shall have max. load bearing capacity of 40 Kg uniformly distributed per shelf. Shelves shall be mounted on support brackets & shelf level can be adjusted. The Undercarriage shall be welded frame made of HR sheet minimum 2.5 mm thick suitably fabricated to take the loads based on configuration. A Centralized locking arrangement shall be provided through Locking Stiffener mounted onto back of Single Last unit so that it gets locked on channels when all the units are brought together. This arrangement occupies a space of 100 mm. Each Drive type units have Locking Knob near the Drive wheel for manual locking of individual units when a person is using those units. End stoppers are provided at the end of channels to prevent derailment. The nuts & bolts are galvanized / Zn Plated. Movement of units shall be achieved mechanically through a Drive wheel and ‘Sprocket-Chain-Tensioner’ arrangement mounted rigidly onto body side. 9 ALL ROOM WOODEN STRORAGE Providing& placing low height storage unit with an overall size 900mm X 450mm X 750mm . It should be made up of Pre- laminated particle board thickness of 25mm . The exposed sides shall be duly edge banded with 2mm thick PVC make of dolken / rehau with top and bottom of the edge banding duly rounded by automatic CNC machine. The storage shall have one fixed shelf and 2 nos door. Door shutters shall be provided for opening and closing the storage operated with concealed crank hingeSS handle and central lock for locking arrangement . There shall be buffers provided at the bottom to avoid scratches on the floor. The complete assembly shall be knock down and shall be assembled with Minifix dowels on site.
