SAFETY CONTROL PANELSTO CHECK & SERVICE THROUGHLY.SIMULATE THE ALARMS IN THE PRESENCE OFSHIP’S STAFF AND DEFECT NOTICED IF ANY TO BE RECTIFIED. 10 4.M.E. ALL UNITS PISTON COOLING OIL NON FLOW ALARMS FLOAT SWITCH SENSORSTO BE DISCONNECTEDCHECKED AND SERVICED.SCAVENGE SPACE HIGH TEMP. SENSOR TO BE SUPPLIED BY VENDOR AND RENEWED AS FOUND FAULTY AND SAME TO FIT BACK IN PLACE ASTHE ORIGINAL. ALARMS TO BE TRIED OUT IN PRESENCE OF SHIP’S STAFF TO PROPER FUNCTIONING. 11 5.M.E. ALSO OBSERVED SOME TIMES WHEN M/E IS IN ECR CONTROL AT SEA RPM AUTOMATICALLY REDUCES TO 90OR BELOW FROM 104 RPM.FAULT TO TRACE AND TO BE RECTIFIED. 13 7.M.E. TELEGRAPH SYSTEM TO BE CHECKED AND SYNCHRONISED WITH THE TELEGRAPH MOVEMENT ON LOCAL MANO. PLATFORMBRIDGE 14 8.M.E. ALL SAFETY CUT OUTS AND EMERGENCY TRIPS AND RESETTING TO BE DONE 15 9.
