    Bids Are Invited For Custom Bid For Services - Arc For Engagement Of Courier Service At Dvc Rtps ANNUAL RATE CONTRACT FOR ENGAGEMENT OF COURIER SERVICE AT DVC RTPS FOR THE PERIOD OF 02 (TWO) YEARS ANNUAL RATE CONTRACT FOR ENGAGEMENT OF COURIER SERVICE AT DVC RTPS FOR THE PERIOD OF 02 (TWO) YEARS 1. The service will be five days in a week from DVC RTPS to DVC, Kolkata and vice versa. 2. The mail should be collected from the Technical Building and Administrative Building, DVC, RTPS or any other offices as decided by the DGM (HR), DVC, RTPS. 3. The quantum of mail per day will normally not exceed 15 KG per day. 4. The courier should report to DVC Kolkata and DVC RTPS as per scheduled days (Five days) a week even if there is no mail to carry. The reporting time will be 10 AM and departure time will be 4 PM. 5. The service is liable to be terminated at any time by the HOP, DVC, RTPS, if the service is not satisfactory Total Quantity :
