Bids Are Invited For Custom Bid For Services - Real Time Radiography Inspection For B&S Propellant Hiring of Third-Party Inspection Agency Work completion of Real Time Radiography (RTR) method of Booster & Sustainer propellants at inhibition section for 2vears RTR (RealTime Radiography) (Total Qty: 21000 Nos) The scope of work is to inspect and record by Real Time Radiography (RTR) Method of Booster & Sustainer propellants at inhibition section, QC - Assembly, BDL-Bhanur using BDL equipment. A complete detail of work is given below. 1. Positioning / unpacking and taking out the B & S propellants from the containers / wooden boxes. 2. Marking / Numbering on top of B & S Propellants. 3. Fixing the Lead mark indicator. . Keepins the B & S Propellants on the table fixine located in side Lead Cabinet. 5. Closing and Opening of Lead Cabinet door for each cycle. 6. Switch ON Cabinet X - Ray machine and keep turn table in rotation position. 7. lnspect and record by Real Time Radiography (RTR) method of lnhibition portion B & S Propellants in two steps of the total leneth. 8. ldentify the lnhibition area defects like de-bonding,Air Bubble, Ovality, under cut, Low top thickness, foreign material and visual. 9. Record each B & S Propellants inspection process in respective Lot/ Batch. 10. Take out the B & S Propellants from the turn table fixtures after inspection. 11. Remove Lead mark indicator. 12. Mark & Segregate Rejected / Rework / O.K. B & S Propellants after inspection. 13. Position back B & S grains in respective containers / wooden boxes. 14. Assistance in moment of B & S Propellants in handling during inspection. 15. lnspection report (consolidated) to be submltted after completion of RTH inspection a ctiv ity. 16. Clarifications/doubts if anywhile identifying inhibition defects will be cleared by BDL I nspectors. Terms & Conditions: 1. Qualified Radiography level-llcertified experienced workman should be engaged for doing radiography work. 2. the workman /vendor should have experience in carrying out RTR inspection of explosive materia ls. 3. Manpower, lnsurance, supervision and transportation charges are in your scope. 4. While working on site, your personnel should follow all safety precautions without causing any hindrance in the working area. BDL is not responsible for any accidents to your service personnel. 5. One day advance intimation will be given for doing RTR at BDL, Bhanur Total Quantity :
