Tender For Estimate For Construction Work Of Interlocking At Adj Court - Interlocking Road Adj Court Complex Ward No. 24 Tara Nagar - Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pit with all lifts andleads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting by vibratoryroller 8-10 tonne to meet requirement of table 300-2 including cost of compensation for earthtaken from private land complete as per MoRT&H specification clause 305. (Lead taken upto5 km) 2 Providing and laying rolled cement concrete mix of M-10 basecourse with coarse and fineaggregate conforming to IS:383, the size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm withminimum aggregate cement ratio 15:1 and minimum cement content of 200 kg/cum,aggregate gradation to be as per table 600-4 after blending, mixing in batching plant atoptimum moisture content, transporting to site, laying with a paver with electronic sensor,compacting with 8-10 tonnes smooth wheeled vibratory roller to achieve the designed flexuralstrength, finishing and curing complete as per clause 603, 112 of MoRT&H specificationincluding all material, labour, machinery, lighting, guarding and maintenance of diversion. 3 Centring and shuttering with plywood or steel sheet upto two stories or height upto 7.5 metre above plinth level including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for :Foundations,footings, bases of columns, etc. for mass concrete 4 Providing and fixing of precast concrete interlocking tiles of desired shape of M 30 grademanufactured from fully computerized automatic stationery hydraulic vibrio pressed machineand fully computerized automatic batching plant of class A1/A2 as per BS 6717:2001. The CCinterlocking paving blocks be laid on average 50mm. thick bed of coarse sand and the joint isto be filled with fine sand. Laying procedure on compacted sub-base as defined. Completejob is to be executed as per the instruction of Engineer in- charge. The rates to be inclusive ofall lead & Lifts etc. complete as per specifications. Tensile splitting strength, abrasion andbraking load etc. as per BS 6717:2001, Grey cement.80mm thick
