HA-1001 Clean the marine growth with wooden scraper and wash the underwater area with fresh water, rub with grade 220 emery papers and smoothen the surfaces soon after hoisting of boat. It includes cleaning of marine growth of Shaft, Propeller and Rudder. HA-1002 Clean entire hull structure with mild detergent in fresh water for inspection of cracks and peeling gel coats. Repair if necessary. HA-1003 Antifouling paint for UW hull to be applied as per paint scheme (CGBR 382). Ар- proximate underwater area-60 Sq mtrs. (Paint scheme - M/s AKZO NOBEL) HA-1004 Clean all sea suction scoops and inspect for cracks. No. of suctions- 07 No size of suctions as follows: - (a) 04 nos. 50NB (b) 01 no. 25 NB (c) 01 no. 30 NB HA-1005 Measure and record the clearance of Stem & P Bracket bushes, Rudder and rudder jumping collar in presence of IRS surveyor. Impeller is to be cleaned and polished, rudder to be checked and if found damaged material buildup to be done with polishing. Rudder anode need to be renew if consumed more than 50%. HA-1006 Overhaul and pressure testing of the underwater valves and cocks. On completion of pressure testing and overhauling, valves and cocks to be painted as per paint scheme. Hose test to be carried out and prove for satisfactory operation Paint yard supply. No. of valves: - 11 Nos (a) ME valve- 02 nos, Type: Ball valve, SS: 50NB (b) DA valve-01 nos. EA-3001 Yearly routine of fire fighting system to be carried out with COA approved firm. (a) Check manual operation. (b) Calibrate all pressure devices. (c) Calibrate all pressure devices. Blow out distribution piping. EA-3002 (a) Empty the tank and ventilate for 24 hours. (b) Clean inspect and paint the tank as per applicable paint scheme (CGBR 382). (c) Renew the Manhole cover gasket. EA-3003 Overhauling of Sea water cooling pump LA-5001 Overhaul the window wiper motor and gear assembly LA-5002 Carry out performance checks on all fire detection sensors and prove the system LA-5003 Overhaul magnetic compass and carry out compass swing test.
