Selection of Agency for Fabrication of the pavilion of West Bengal Tourism at different puja Pandals in and aroundKolkata, for7 days on the occasion of Durga Puja 2025- 1 Installation of Pavilion: - 20 x 10 (200 Sqft. approx.) 2 Installation of Tarpaulin for shedding with bamboo structure 3 Preparation of platform (6); Carpeting and Colouring of the entire pavilion 4 Fabrication of Pavilion using Plywood and Flex 5 Designing, Printing, and fixing of flexes for outside walls, fascia, ceiling 6 Designing, Printing, and fixing of flexes for inside walls (backlit panels 7 Store Room to keep the publicity materials and preparation of Tea / Coffee by vending machine 8 Fabrication of Pavilion using Frontlit and Backlit 9 Panels for inside walls with frames and illumination 10 Fronlit Panels for outside walls 11 Backlit Logo of West Bengal Tourism in Facia (Glow Sign – 3D) 12 Backlit Logo of Biswa Bangla in Facia (Glow Sign – 3D) 13 Backlit Logo of West Bengal Tourism in front desk 14 Flexes to be prepared for fixing on the panels should be properly framed to enhance the quality and clarity of the pictures 15 Illumination and Arrangement of Furniture along with Electronic Gadget 16 Thematic illumination for the entire pavilion. All kind of electrical fixtures like spotlights, halogens, power plug sockets for proper illumination of the pavilion power plug sockets for laptop and printer 17 Scope of creating display area for the merchandise souvenir products 18 Thematic illuminated & decorated desk along with lock and key facility 19 Thematic Bookshelf for the entire pavilion to display publicity materials 20 Thematic Glass Round Table 21 VIP Chairs 22 Thematic Two Seater Sofa with Centre Table 23 55 LED TV for the entire period of campaign 24 16’x8’ P3 LED for the entire period 25 Thematic Brochure Display Holder 26 Glass Bowl 27 Laptop along with Printer and high-speed internet connection 28 Stationery Items (A4 Paper, Stapler, Pen etc.) 29 Pedestal Fan 30 Cooler 31 Bins with cover 32 Transportation and Refreshments 33 Provision for tea/coffee and cookies to the guests and officials during the event for 30 heads per day @ 350/- 34 Provision for light refreshment along with Tiffin @ Rs 350/- per head to the during the event for 15 heads per day 35 Provision for mineral drinking water (250 ml) 96 nos per day 36 Deployment of Three AC car for officials / guests (rate may be quoted on daily basis) 37 Publicity Material transportation charges, material disposal charges, security charges for the pavilion/ material, cleaning charges, dismantling charges of the pavilion will have to be borne by the agency. 38 Requirement of Manpower 39 Depute One Male Host and One Female Hostess for each shift to distribute Publicity Brochure Shift-I:- 11.00 Noon to 7.00 PM | Shift-II:- 6.30 PM to 02.30 AM 40 Depute One Technical for each shift to operate the Virtual Reality SystemShift-I:- 11.00 Noon to 7.00 PM | Shift-II:- 6.30 PM to 02.30 AM 41 Depute One Security personnel for each shift for safety and security purpose Shift-I:- 12 AM to 8 AM | Shift-II:- 8 AM to 4 PM | Shift-III:- 4 PM to 12 AM 42 Documentation 43 Documentation (Still Photographs along with short videos/ bytes of the visitors to be submitted 44 Govt.
