    Designing, Printing, Framing, Mounting and Fixing of flexes on Temporary Eyelet and Framed Banners (with Wooden Frame) in the different Puja Pandals in and around Kolkata on the occasion of Durga Puja -2025 and other works- 1 TEMPORARY HOARDING – EYELET & FRAMED BANNER (The rates including dismantling) 2 Designing, Printing and supply of flexes with Eyelet (10 ft X 5 ft) at different locations in and around Kolkata in Durga Puja - 2025Total Nos. of Banners : 600 (appx.)In case of increase/ decrease in number the Total Cost will be calculated on pro rata basis 3 Designing, Printing, supply of flexes (15 ft X 6 ft) for puja committee with wooden frame including Transportation charges, fixing and mounting charges and Dismantling Charges and other incidental charges, as per the size mentioned in & around Kolkata during Durga Puja – 2025Total Nos. of Banners : 900 (appx.)In case of increase / decrease in number the Total Cost will be calculated on pro rata basis 4 Supervision of entire work 5 Supervision of entire work for entire period by deploying sufficient man power 6 Documentation 7 Photographs to be submitted: 100 HD quality photographs of prominent Durga Puja Pandals and aroundDocumentation for entire work of Temporary Hoarding (Framed Banner) All the Raw Files along with PDF and JPEG must be suppliedPayment of bills is subjected to the quality of Photos. 8 Government Taxes 9 Government Taxes
