Construction Of Boundary Wall And Gate Of Kauapur Khad Godown - Excavation in foundation in ordinary soil (loam clay or sand) including lift upto 1.50 meter and lead upto 30 meter and including filling, watering and ramming of excavated earth into the trenches or into the space between the building and sides of foundation trenches or into the plinth and removal and disposal of sur-plus earth as directed by the Engineer incharge up to a distance of 30 meters from the foundation trenches. 2 Cartage Earth Work 3 Providing and laying in cement concrete 1:4:8 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand :8 graded Stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) and curing complete,including cost of form- work, in foundation and floors. 4 R.C.C. work with cement approved coarse sand and 20 mm. guage approved stone grit im the proportion of 1:1.5:3(1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 stone aggregates) in lighterbeams i.e. having spans upto 6 m. excluding supply of reinforcement and its fixing and binding the same with 24 BWG binding wire and including necessary centering and shuttering etc.and also including supply of all materials, labour and tools and plants etc, required for proper completion of the works. strength of the concrete shall not beless than (M-20) 5 Reinforced cement concrete work in beams, suspended floors, roofs having slope up to 15° landings, balconies, shelves, chaijjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills, staircases and spiral stair cases above plinth level up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement with 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand(zone-lll) derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources).Lintel Band 6 As in item 3 above but in R.C.C. columns in 1:1.5:3 having strength not less than [1 cement :1.5 coarse sand :3 stone aggregate] M-20 7 Reinforced cement concrete work in walls (any thickness), including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses, fillets, columns, pillars, piers, abutments, posts and struts etc. above plinth level up to floor five level, excluding cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement : 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand(zone-lll) derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources) 8 As in item 3 abovebut inR.C.C.Work in footing / foundation and footingwithapproved stone ballast.(Using1:1.5:3Mix concrete) [1 cement :1.5 coarse sand :3 stone aggregate] M-20 9 TMT Fe-500 or iron in plain work such as reinforced concrete or reinforced, brick work (when not included in over all rates ) wrought to required shape as necessary including bending for proper completion of the work and including supply of steel its wastage bend hooks and authorised over lapping shall be measured upto floor two level. 10 M-150 brick work in 1:6 (one cement and six coarse sand of 2.25 fineness modulus) mortar infoundation & plinth including supply of all materials, labour and T & P etc required for proper completion of the work. 11 Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor V level in all shapes and sizes in: Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) 12 12 mm cement plaster in single coat on rough side of single or half brick wall for interior plastering up to floor two level including internal rounded angles not exceeding 80 mm in girth and finshed even and smooth. (1) 1 cement : 6 coarse sand (2.25 F.M.) 13 Finishing walls with Premium Acrylic Smooth exterior paint with Silicone additives of required shade : New work (Two or more coats applied @ 1.43 ltr/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/ 10 sqm) 14 Providing and applying white cement based putty of average of thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete. 15 Foundations, footings, bases of columns, etc. for mass concrete 16 Lintels, beams, plinth beams, girders, bressumers and cantilevers. 17 Columns, Pillars, Piers, Abutments, Posts and Struts 18 Excavation in foundations in ordinary soil (Loam clay or sand) including lift upto 1.5 m (5 fts.) and lead upto 30 mt. (100 fts.) & including filling, watering and ramming of excavated earth into the trenches or into the space between the building and the sides of foundation trenches or into the plinth and removal and disposal of surplus earth as directed by the Engineer-Incharges upto a distance of 30mt. (100 fts) from the foundation trenches. 19 Providing and laying cement concrete 1:4:8 (1 cement :4 coarse sand :8 graded Stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) including supply of all materials, labour T & P rtc required for proper completion of the work and curing complete also including cost of formwork in foundation & floors. 20 R.C.C. work with cement approved coarse sand and 20 mm. guage approved stone ballast in the proportion of 1:1.5:3 in raft foundation and footing excluding supply of reinforcement and its fixing and binding the same with 24 B.W.G.G.I. binding wire and including necessary centering and shuttering etc.and also including supply of all materials, labour and tools and plants etc, required for proper completion of the works. Binding wire cost being inluded in the item.(M-20) 21 R.C.C. work with cement approved coarse sand and 20 mm. guage approved stone ballast in the proportion of 1:1.5:3in columns excluding supply of reinforcement and its fixing and binding the same with 24 B.W.G.G.I. binding wire and including necessary centering and shuttering etc.and also including supply of all materials, labour and tools and plants etc, required for proper completion of the works.
