plant . 54 Taking down old unserviceable scroll type compressor of capacity 12 TR to 15 TR including supply and replacement of same capacity of compressor of Make Emerson Climate Technologies or equivalent make for AC plant . 55 M&L for taking down unsv PCB control panel of any type and size of AC plants and bring it to service center for repair than tesiting and refixing in same position up to staifaction level working condition all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge. 56 M & L for leak testing of AHU unit cooling coil after pumping down the complete system, isolating the cooling coil from both ends and charging the dry nitrogen gas for pressure leak test, after detecting leak point, release the nitrogen gas, repairing the leak point but means of soldering/brazing and connecting the cooling coil with system, vaccumised the complete system and re-charge the system by refrigerent, testing and commissioning up to satisfactory cooling performance of upto 16.5TR capacity all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.Note: (i) Refrigerent gas shall be mesaured and paid separately as supply only. (ii) Nitrogen gas required deemed to be inclusive in the quoted rate. 57 Attending compliants of central/package AC of any capacity, rectification of minor deffects and complaints replacement of spare parts and brings to normal working condition all as per directed and specified by Engr-in-charge.Note :- Major spare parts measured and paid separately 58 M&L Providing insulation on and around suction and discharge copper tube of size 3/8/ 5/8 with 6mm thick flexible thermocol heat resistance duly wrapped with sticking tape and finally covered with flexible PVC conduit of 50mm bore complete including taking down existing damaged one all as specified and as directed. 59 Dismantling existing damaged ducts and Supply, assembly and erection of 24 gauge GI sheet with C & SS rectangular/square duct made out of L shaped hollow profile, duly factory boxed, incl all accessories such as Corner, Cleat, Carriage bolt, hanging rod, Gasket and appropriate sealant on longitudinal joints etc complete control meter etc servicing/clening of all filters/condensing unit by using high water pressure pump and other eqpt including total plant equipments, servicing of all control panel by checking of surface completely free of millscale, dirt, dust, grease and other foreign materials, taking special care so that all duct joints are sealed against any leakage.(c) Sealing of all longitudinal joints and circular overlaps with and including Aluminium foil tape 50 mm wide, to make the insulation leakproof.(d) Securing the insulation with and including mechanically fastened nylon/ steel straps of size 12 mm/50 mm at maximum intervals of 1.2 mtr. 65 S&F in replacementof grills/diffusers of existing type and size for supply air duct made out of CRCA sheet 1.2mm thick, with perforation duly volume control damper/parallel Blade Dampers for rough air system balance with closer control at the individual grills or diffusers for supply air complete all as specified and as directed. Make : Microflow, 3C Air Equipments, Deepak cooling control. 67 Taking down unserviceable MCCB, supply and fixing MCCB 63 Amps 16 KA 4 pole 415Volts including connection using suitable size of aluminium lugs complete all as specified and as directed.Make : L&T, ABB, Schneider 68 Taking down unserviceable MCCB, supply and fixing MCCB 100 Amps 25 KA 4 pole 415Volts including connection using suitable size of aluminium lugs complete all as specified and as directed.Make : L&T, ABB, Schneider 69 Taking down unserviceable MCCB, supply and fixing MCCB 125 amps 25 KA 4 pole 415Volts including connection using suitable size of aluminium lugs complete all as specified and as directed.Make : L&T, ABB, Schneider 70 Supply and fixing in replacement of outdoor fan suitable for Package AC plant capacity cooling tower with proper nut bolt and fixing all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge. 71 M&L forpackage type AC Plant (capacity from 5 TR to 16 TR) inspection and fault rectification carried out by Manufacturer Engineer for releasing out lockingsetting the programming for proper functioning of AC plantand to rectifyother minor/majorproblems, including Re-programming& rectifyfaults occured as and when, with all necessary tools and machines and other major problem & faults (faults either software problem or hard ware) including providing new software if software not working properly with all necessary tools and machines. Note :- i)Transportation & loading charge with hiring of machines and equipments are deemed to be included in quoted rates ii) the rate does not includes material cost,material mesured & piad separately under relavent items) iii).The service Engineer shall be from OEM only.
