ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks,cooler stand,ladder and similar work conforming to Fe290, Gde-E-165 including painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer after preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed. 38 Carry out water (Raw and treated ) from all STP plants and testing for bacterial, chemical and biological analysis of sewage water treated water from Govt approved lab for following parameters and submission of test reports all as directed: -(a) PH, (b) Chemical Oxygen demand/COD, (c) Biological Oxygen Demant/BOD(d) Total Suspended solids, (e) Oil and Grease(f) TKN, (g) Total Coliform, (h) Organism MPN(k) Dissolved OxygenNote: Water testing shall be carried out twice in the peroid of contract and empty collection bottle will be arranged by the contractor. 39 S&Fsewage non-clog submersible pump set of capacity 7.5 HP , STPC375222 7.5 MODEL, 4 Delivery 25 Meters Head andfixing of nuts, bolts, washer complete all as specified and directed. 40 M&L in repairfor complete earthingwith galvanised mild steel earth plate electrode of size600x600x6mm thick, burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25mtr deep below normal ground level) with top edge of the earth plate not less than 1.5 mtr below ground level connected to GI strip 25x4mm by means of nut, bolt, check nuts and washer of galvanised iron including PCC pit in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1, precast RCC cover slab using reinfocement with XPM weighing not less than 4.00 kg/Sqm with suitable handle made of 12mm round bar including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil, 20mm dia medium grade galvanised steel tube for watering with one end fixed with cast iron funnel and wire mesh ,40mm diamedium grade galvanised steel tubing upto 7.5 m length for drawing earth strip protection, common salt, charcoal, etc complete all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part-I and testing on completion complete all as specified and directed. 41 Supply of culture for bacteria production complete. 42 Supply & filling of Alum at various locations of STP plant complete all as specified and directed . 43 Supply and spreading dry river sand in dry bed of sludge tank for sludge settling/ filteration including taking out existing sand and deposting serviceable sand in position complete all as speficifed and directed. 44 Supply and spreading shingle or pea gravel (3 to 6mm size )100mm thick in a layer complete all as speficifed and directed. 45 Supply and laying of PVC / nylone net mat of size 10 micronbetween gravels and river fine sand in the dry bed of STP complete all as speficifed and directed. 46 S&F in replacementsludge Tube settler pad as per existing size at BSO yard STP complete all as specified and directed. 47 M&L for treatement of cracks found in the core concreteas under :-(i) Opening of crack by making a V notch/groove of size 12mm x 12mm over the entire length of the crack as identified by the Engr-in-charge.(ii) Cleaning of all dust/debris/loose material from V notch/groove(iii) Drilling hole of 16mm dia and about 40mm deep along the length of crack @ 300 mm c/c or thickness of structural member whichever is less. Note : In case length of crack is found less than 300 mm then min 2 holes shall be drilled. (iv) Inserting 12 mm dia flexible PVC one way injection nipple in the hole drilled above and fixing the nipple with the help of fast setting epoxy putty. (v) Seal the surface around the nipple and the area of crack between successive nipples polymer modified mortar to ensure that there is no leakage from any gap.(vi) Allow the polymer modified mortar to cure for 24 hours and ensure that is firmly fixed in postion.(vii) Cleaning nipple one by one commencing from the top to bottom in case of column and one by one in alternate direction in case of wall using blow compressed air followed by water injection duly ensuring that there is no obstruction in free flow of grouting materials .(viii) Injecting resin with very low viscosity monomer by mixing resin and hardener in proportions recommended by manufacturer by using injection gun equipped with pressure gauge & valves for controlling of flow of compressed air & resin. Note : Pressure shall be in the range of 1-2 kg/sqm and shall be done in nipples one by one as per order recommended by manufacturer. Mixing of resin and hardener shall be mixed in small quantities so as it is consumed with in 30 minutes. Before use mixer shall be stirred thoroughly.(ix) Allow entire effected surface to cure for 24 hours.(x) Cutting out projected parts of the nipple & seal the hole in the nipple with epoxy putty as recommended by manufacturer.(xi) Cleaning of exposed surface of substrate off any dust /loose material after ageing of the grout as recommended by manufactuer. Note :- Complete treatment to be carried out by authorised applicator of the manufacturer. 48 M&L for providing PMM (Polymer modified cementitious mortar) as under :-(i) Dry substrate surface and make free of debris & dust(ii) Apply Epoxy bond coat on the sound substrate using approved spray machine & ensuring that no pin holes are visible.(In case pin holes are still visible after a coat, a second coat shall be applied to ensure absence of pin holes).(iii) Immediately after application of epoxy bond coat as above, apply 15 mm thick PMM (Polymer modified cementitious mortar)Note :Application of PMM shall be preferably be in coat of appx 10mm thickness. PMM work shall be executed in fairely rapid successions so as entire work is completed with in 30 mins). PMM shall be pre packed ready to use.(iv) PMM surface to be moist cured for three days followed by air curing in temperature as recommended by manufactuer complete all as specified and directed.Note :- Complete treatment to be carried out by authorised applicator of the manufacturer. 49 M&L for food grade certified elastomeric waterproofing coating of water retaining structure as under :-(i) Cleaning of existing surfaces of RCC members (Wall/slabs) and making surface free of loose material, oil, grease etc. vigorously by wire brushing includinglight grit blasting where necessary as directed by Engr-in-charge.(ii) Further, cleaning the surface using biocide (as recommended by manufacturer) to ensure that surface is free of algae and fungus and no trace of paint (any type) left out. (iii) Cleaned surface to be allowed to dry.(iv) Apply a coat of solvent free epoxy resin coating for potable water retainingstructure at nominal rate of 10sqm/ ltr @ 100 micron thickness after dry or as recommended by manufacturer.(v) Apply a more coat of Solvent free epoxy resin coating for potable water retainingstructure at nominal rate of 10sqm/ ltr (Thickness 100 micron in dry state) after 5-6 hours as recommended by manufacturer complete all as specified and directed.
