complete all as specified and directed. 2 Dismantling of GI wire from existing LT over head line complete all as specified and directed. 3 Dismantling of cross arms of MS fabricated complete with all accessories viz nut, bolts, washer etc. complete all as specified and directed. 4 Taking down carefully old unserviceable/serviceable insulator any type from existing LT over head lines complete all as specified and directed. 5 Taking down carefullysecurity light fitting of any make/capacity from existing LT poles complete all as specified and directed. 6 Dismantling of stay assembly along with all accessories from existing LT poles complete all as specified and directed. 7 Dismantling of existing LT PCC/RCC Poles complete all as specified and directed. 8 Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5 mtr width and not exc 1.5 mtr in depth and getting out in hard/dense soil for laying ofUG cable complete all as specified and directed. 9 Excavating in trenches, not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and exceeding 1.5 mtr deep and not exceeding 3 mtr deep for excavation of poles and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed. 10 Returning , fillingin including spreading, leveling , wateringand well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm thick with soils complete all as specified and as directed. 11 Removal of surplus soil to a distance not exc 50 mtr away and depositing where directed as a level not exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point all as directed. 12 M&L for sand cushioning using dry and clean sand in two layers, first layers of 80 mm thick before laying of cable and second layer of 150 mm thick after laying of cable in trenches/ducts including consolidation of each layers complete all as specified and directed.Note :- Punned thickness only will be measured and paid. 13 Supply and laying well burnt/fire Bricks of size 230 x113 x 75 mm locally available best quality (sub class B bricks) laid in trenches perpandicular to U/G cable for cable protection complete all as specified. 14 Supplying, errecting and fixing steel tubular swaged poles with cast iron base plate of size 300mm x 300mm x 6mm, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts & screws for type 410 SP-31 (9 metres long)including painting with two coats of aluminium paint over one coat of redoxide primer on all exposed surfaces and tarring with black bituminous paints to embedded portion in PCC and providing 3 Nos of 30cm wide circular bands with black & yellowpaint starting from plinth level at a gap of 30 cm in between 2 bands and numbering of poles, in yellow paint over black painted back ground at a height of 2m from bottom of pole with 5 cm large bold letters 2 (inch) wide complete all as specified and directed.(Note :- Excavation, earth work, PCC in foundation and coping shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item of this sch) 15 Material and labour for PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm stone aggregate as in foundation, fillingand mass concrete complete all as specified and directed. 16 Material and labour for PCC 1:3:6 type C2 using 40mm stone aggregate as in foundation, filling and mass concrete all as specified and directed. 17 Material and labour for PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm stone aggregate in coping of pole including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed. 18 Supply and laying XLPE Insulated, screened PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) with stranded aluminium conductor, 1100 Volts grade of size 95 Sqmm x 3.5 Core complete all as specified and with excavated soil up to 75 %road portion and 25 % shall be made with plain cement concrete 1:2:4 (using 20 mm graded aggregate stone complete all as specified and directed. 29 All as per item No 28.00 here- in- before but size 50 mm dia bore. 30 S&F Cable Route indicator duly marked with LT UG cable CI plate elliptical shape with 12mm dia MS rod not less than 700mm in length and embeded in PCC block 1:3:6 (type C1) of size 300x300x300mm in gound including necessary earth work complete all as specified and directed. 31 Supply, jointing, commissioning and testing of cable jointing Kit for 1100 V grade cable for straight through jointwith jointing material and accessories suitable foraluminium conductor cable of sizeupto 50 Sqmm x 3.5 Core complete all as specified and directed. 32 All as peritem No 31.00 here- in- before but of sizefrom 70 Sqmm to 120 Sqmm x 3.5 Core. 33 S&F pole mounted shockproof and rustproof Junction Box rectangular shape, 4 way of size 240X130X110 mm outdoor
