    Bids Are Invited For Repair And Overhauling Service - Rrc For Repair And Maintenance Services Of Refrigeration Plant (Ref) Of Snc Ships For A Duration Of 03 Years; Rrc For Repair And Maintenance Services Of Refrigeration Plant (Ref) Of Snc Ships For A Duration Of 03 Year.. Replacement of Ref line valve OR vibration eliminator Rectification of Refrigerant leak from joint and valve gland without hot work (per joint) Refrigerant leak detection through pipe joint and rectification by hot work (per joint) Refrigerant retrival from the system Lub oil retrieval from the system OR renewal of oil in the compressor Vacuuming and pressure testing of Ref plant and STW Replacement of shock mounts complete set and six monthly health audit of plant Replacement of core filter drier AIR COOLING UNIT Replacement of fan with motor Replacement of defrost line tape heater Examine sea water side of the condenser for corrosion and fouling. Sight tubes and carries out mechanical cleaning and water jet as necessary. Renewal corrosion plugs and carry out 1 pressure testing of the assembled condenser Refit all isolating valve on gas system and cooling water system (renew all nylon washer and sealing) Check function of pressure relief valve repair/replace if defective. Check function of pressure relief valve repair/replace if defective Total Quantity :
