    Bids Are Invited For Repair, Maintenance, And Installation Of Plant/ Systems/Equipments (Version 2) - Icgs Rajshree; Repairs Of E 21 E 22; Service Provider E-21: Sea water leakage observed from water injection pipe DA exhaust system pipe near flange. DI carried out by SS observed crack in injection pipe. Same to be repaired/renewed as per sample. (a) Removal and fitment of lagging with ceramic wool and covered with asbestos cloth (stitched) (b) Pipe to be pressure tested up to a 05 bar. (Pipe length : 400 mm,Dia-100 mm, Thickness-06 mm, Mat: ASTM 106) E-22: Leakage observed from exhaust elbow of stbd DA. DI carried out by SS and found exhaust elbow cracked. Exhaust elbow to be repaired/renewed as per sample. In way job includes following:- (a) Removal and refitment of lagging with ceramic wool and covered with asbestos cloth (stitched) (b) Removal and refitment of exhaust elbow Total Quantity :
