Attending Routine and Breakdown maintenance works in Vacuum Pumps and its accessories from the date of handing over the site to 31.03.2026- 1 Attending any of the following routine maintenance works and minor repair works in Turbine vacuum pumps and its auxiliaries such as applying grease for vacuum pump driven end and non driven end bearings, renewal of damaged flange gaskets connected with vacuum pumps, arresting of minor water leakage from vacuum pump casing, regular inspection of vacuum pumps driven end & non driven end mechanical seal, fasteners and tightening the same, dismantling and reassembling of isolation solenoid valves, draining of accumulated water from the pump beds, attending minor works in sealing water recirculation system in shift system. 2 Vacuum Pump Recirculation motor decoupling & new motor alignment and coupling workincluding mechanical seal replacement work 3 Decoupling and dismantling of vacuum pump from the bed 4 Dismantling and assembling of Bearings, Mechanical Seals and Casings of vacuum Pump 5 Dismantling and assembling of Ist stage and II nd stage Impeller of vacuum Pump 6 Charges for rectification of Ist Stage Impeller blades by SS welding (approx 80 mm = 1 joint) includes cutting the worn out area edge preparations, Grinding, positioning and welding 7 Conducting Dye Penetrant Test on Vacuum Pump Ist Stage Impeller and its Casing 8 Conducting Dye Penetrant Test on Vacuum Pump II nd Stage Impeller and its Casing 9 Balancing the Rotating assembly of Vacuum pump (this work involvesLoading and Unloading of pump rotating parts from site to workshop site, balancing of Ist stage & II nd stage impeller and shaft of Vacuum Pump and back to site. 10 Transporting and Erection of vaccum pump in the bed 11 Coupling and Alignment of Vacuum Pump 12 Charges for Reconditioning of Mechanical seal for SHR21850 model Edwards make vacuum pump of shaft dia 150 mm by fabrication & machining of new carbon face of mechanical seal.
