Tender For Lining Canal From Palayakulam to KonankulamH/o Silvarpatti 0/420 - 0/645M of Reddiyarchathiram Block TN-05-02 under SFC-2025 -26- 1 Lining Canal From Palayakulam to KonankulamH/o Silvarpatti 0/420 - 0/645M 2 Earthwork excavation in all clauses of soils and depositing on bank with initial lead and lift for foundation as per ss20B 3 Cement concrete 1:4:8 mix using 40mm ISS HBG metal including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc., complete. 4 Supply and errection ofcentering for sides and soffits of cc works including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc., complete. 5 RCC 1:1:5 :3 mix using 20mm ISS HBG metal including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc., complete. 6 Supplying, fabricating and placing in position Mild Steel / Ribbed Tor Steel grills for all RCC works as per design given including cost of steel and G.I. binding wire in all floors etc. complete complying with standard specification.(Contractor has to make his own arrangements for the supply of steel and binding wire) 7 Sub Estimate 3M Culvert 8 Earth Work excavation for foundation in all soils and to full depth as may as be directed in hard rock requiring plastering but inclusive of shorting, strutting and baling out water wherever necessary and refilling the sides of foundation with excavated earth as per SS20B 9 CC 1:4:8 mix using 40mm ISS HBG metal including cost and conveyance of materials and all labour charges etc., (For Foundation) 10 CC 1:3:6 mix using 40mm ISS HBG metal including cost and conveyance of materials and all labour charges etc., (for Below sill) 11 CC 1:3:6 mix using 40mm ISS HBG metal including cost and conveyance of materials and all labour charges etc., (for Above sill) 12 Supplying and Fabricating and placing in position MS steel or Ribbed Tor Steel for all Reinforced Cement Concrete works as per the design given including cost of steel and binding wire in all floors etc,Complete complying with stanard specification.(MS rod or RTS bar will be supplied departmentally at section stores and cost will be recoverd at issue rate). the binding wire shall supplied by the contactor. 13 Supplying and erecting centering are strutting including neceassary supports for place surface for RCCcolumns fottings and pedestal beems crtitical pears erc.,using mild steel angles of sizes 90x60x10cmgauge stiffness welded mild steel angles of sizes 14 Below GL 15 Above GL 16 PCC 1:2 :4 mix using 20mm I SS size hard granite broken metal from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials to site including cost of cement and including all labour charges etc.,complete as directed by the Engineer (Bed block) 17 Cement concrete 1:1.5:3 using 20mm ISS HBG metal for all RCC item of works includingcost of Rein forcement and fabricating charges, centering and shuttering but including curing and shall be finished smooth with cement mortar 1:3, 12mm thick. and with kraft paper without claiming extra as directed by the departmental officers complete complying with standard specifications. 18 Refilling the basement with excavated earth behind the Abutment & inbetween the wings including all labour charges etc., complete 19 Provision for Expansion joint inbetween the dirt wall & Deck in Abutment and inbetween deck in Pier in standard specification 20 Providing and laying Kraft paper barring between deck slab and bed block to the full width of seating 21 Providing Weep Holes in Brick masonry/stone masonry/ reinforced cc wih 100mm Dia AC pipe extending through the full witdh of the struction with standard specification 22 Provision for Name board charges 23 GST Amount for providing Service to Government Contract Works for the above Construction Works. { GST Amount is the Total GST Amount for total overall quoted amount above this row in column BB for all works in this package}
