Providing New Bore well and Mini power pump at Ward No.4 Nethaji Nagar and Extension of new pipe line in Denkanikottai Town Panchayat; 1 Geo physical survey charges 2 Drilling of 150mm (6) dia vertical clear bores in hard rode in any habitation to required depth on directed by the offices concred including labour charges for insuting PVC casing pipes as per standard specification. 3 upto 150m Pipe depth 4 Above 150 m Pipe depth 5 Supply of 165mm OD PVC 6 KSC casing pipe as per standard specification 6 Supply and delivery of wet type submersible pumpset with motor and confirming to IS 8034/89 and IS 9283/79 with ISI marking (3.00 HP) 7 Three phase panel board as per standard specification. The pump set should be supplied with 5M flat submersible copper cable. (3.00 HP with DOL) 8 Supply and delivery of 4.00 sq mm Water Proof cable. 9 Supply and delivery of following pipe pipe line materials(with ISI mark) etc complete. 10 32 mm GI pipe with B class 11 32mm dia G.I Elbow 12 32mm G.I Capling 13 32mm G.M Non Retrun valve 14 32mm dia G.Ibend with coupler 15 32mm dia G.I union 16 32mm G.M Gate valve 17 20mm GI pipe with coupler medium class 18 20mmG.I Coupling 19 20mm CICP Tap 20 32mm UPVC hose 21 25mm pvc pipe 22 19mm nylon rope 23 G.M. Gate valves 24 1000liter H.D.P.E water tank with ISI mark (1270/1996) 25 Labourcharge for the erection of submersible pump set in bore well including fixing and jointsubmersible cable with proper clamps upto staterto require depth and also fixing of raiser pipesto the required depth valve erection clamp pressure gauges upto the exterior wall of pump room and erection of panel board consisting of TPICNswitches starter Voltmeter, Ammeter, three pilot(indicating) lamps capacitor single phase preventor, water level guard and laying and jointing the cable and twin earthing as per IS rules etc complete. 26 Supply and Run of 2x4 sq.mm(84/0.3) PVC insulated Sc unsheathed Cu.Conductor of 1100V grade in 25mm dia G.I pipe (Bclass) suitable bend at both ends with necessary angle iron up right and end supports for mains. 27 Supply and Run of 2x4 sq.mm(84/0.3) PVC insulated Sc unsheathed Cu.Conductor of 1100Von 7/20 Gibearer wire for service connection mains. 28 Supply and fixing of following electrical materials 29 16Amps MTPC Switch 30 16 Amps fuse carrier 31 Supply and fixing m.s single phase panel board metersheet box including cost and convayance of materials and labour charge etc complete. 32 S& Fixing of M.S bore well Dummy 33 S&F M.Sbore clamp 34 75MM HDPE Pipe PN6 35 Earth workexcavating and deposting on bank with initial lead of 10m& intial lift of 2m in hard stiff clay, stiffblack cotton, hard red earth shales ,murram, gravel, stoneyearth mixed with small size boulders etc completed as per std specification. 36 Plain Cement Concrete 1:4:8 Mix (one part cement, four part sand and Eight part of aggrigate) using 40 mm size ISS HBG metal from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials to site. Loading and unloading charges and labour charges for mixing. Laying and curing etc., complete as per TNDSS NO : 28 & VI (S2) VI (S5A) VII standard specifications as directed by Engineer incharge. 37 Brick work in cement motor 1:5 mix(one cement and five sand) using 2nd class country brick of size 9x41/2x3 includingcuring finishing and cost and conveyance of materials and labour chargeetc completeas per std specification. 38 Plastering Cemend mortor 1:5mix (one cement and five sand) 12mm thick includingcost and conveyanace of materials and labour charge etc completed as per std specification. 39 laying andJoing of pvc pipe and pvc special , as perstandard specifications 40 Refilling the excavated earth after the pipe were laid jointing and tested ctc. 41 Writing Name board with schemes details
