    Bids Are Invited For Repair And Overhauling Service - 4342 Main Switchboard And Busbars Nr Routines Onboard In Lcu 56; Main Switchboard And Busbars; Yes; Buyer Premises REPAIR / REFURBISHMENT OF MISCELLANEOUS ELECTRICAL SYSTEMS AND CABLINGS ONBOARD-IN Apply Necol Lacquer to shock and vibration mounts. If deteriorated, raise specific defect to yard for replacement Carry out in-situ serviceability checks of breakers and raise specific defect to dockyard for repairs. Carry out serviceability checks of GSK realy and other protection circuits raise specific defects to dockyard, (where applicable). Check phasing-in device type EPL.Clean thoroughly and carry out functioning test (where Carry out following routines on switchboard and busbars: (a) Inspection lugs/connectors/CT/PT and other components and undertake repair detioration/damage of MSB cables/wiring as necessary. (b) Repair/replace busbars insulators if (c) Clean and decarbonize the busbars. (d) Carryout functional checks of MSB and paralleling trials with all combinations of generator supply. Carry out functional checks of all switchboards breakers for proper operation. Raise specific defect to dockyard if any.Breakers to be calibrated as per dur date. Carry our calibration of protection circuit relays/GSKs and subsequently carryout protection circuit checks onboard (Over Voltage, Under Voltage, Reverse Power and Over Speed) during load trials of Das/TAS/GTGS/DGs of ships Total Quantity :
