(iv) Transportation charges upto workshop and back. 4 Preventive maintenance of UPS cum voltage regulator 15 KVA 415 Volt 50 Hzby the authorised service Engineer ofUPSthe equipment will be checked / inspected any time for detecting and certified the fault during the 06 month complete all as specified.Note: Rates are deemed to be included in the item rates for the following service and servicing will be carried out quarterly during the contract period:-(a) Ensure equipment is clean where appropriate.(b) Visual inspection of the UPS.(c) Check all re-set, where necessary relevant present adjustment.(d) To rectify any apparent fault, where immediately possible, records other for later rectification.(e) To taking of electrical measurement to established the operation state of the UPS.(f) Check setting of adjustable device.
