Tender For Arboriculture For Provn Of Infrastructure To New Induction At Af Stn Jorhat Under Ge (Af) Jorhat; 1 PHASE - I : ARBORICULTURE 2 Supply & Planting BOUNGANVILLA Plant having minimum Height 2 Feet including digging Hole 90x90x90 Cm in Ordinary/ Soft Soil and Refilling with the Eexcavated Earth mixed with Manure or Cow Dung in the Ratio 2:1 (2 Parts of stacked Volume of Earth after Reduction of 20% with 1 Part of stacked Volume of Manure or Cow Dung after Reduction by 8%, Watering and Removal of Surplus Soil, etc. to a distance not exc. 100 Metre, Spread and Levelling, complete all as specified and directed. 3 Supply & Planting PALM TREE Plant having minimum Height 4 Feet including digging Hole 90x90x90 Cm in Ordinary/ Soft Soil and Refilling with the Eexcavated Earth mixed with Manure or Cow Dung in the Ratio 2:1 (2 Parts of stacked Volume of Earth after Reduction of 20% with 1 Part of stacked Volume of Manure or Cow Dung after Reduction by 8%, Watering and Removal of Surplus Soil, etc. to a distance not exc. 100 Metre, Spread and Levelling, complete all as specified and directed. 4 Supply & Plantation HEDGES having minimum Height 1 Foot including Preparation of Ground to required Depth in Ordinary/ Soft Soil and Refilling with the Eexcavated Earth mixed with Manure or Cow Dung in the Ratio 2:1 (2 Parts of stacked Volume of Earth after Reduction of 20% with 1 Part of stacked Volume of Manure or Cow Dung after Reduction by 8%, Watering and Removal of Surplus Soil, etc. to a distance not exc. 100 Metre, Spread and Levelling, complete all as specified and directed. 5 Supply & Plantation DUPE GRASS including Preparation of Ground to required Depth in Ordinary/ Soft Soil and Refilling with the Eexcavated Earth mixed with Manure or Cow Dung in the Ratio 2:1 (2 Parts of stacked Volume of Earth after Reduction of 20% with 1 Part of stacked Volume of Manure or Cow Dung after Reduction by 8%, Watering and Removal of Surplus Soil, etc. to a distance not exc. 100 Metre, Spread and Levelling, complete all as specified and directed. 6 Excavating in Trenches not exc. 1.50 Metre Wide and not exc. 1.50 Metre in Depth for Laying of Water Supply Pipe Lines, etc., Forming Surfaces to required Foundation and getting out in Soft/Loose Soil, complete all as specified and as directed. 7 Returning, Filling in including Spreading, Leveling, Watering, Well Ramming in Layers not exc. 25 Cm, Providing Heaps not exc 150mm Height along the Water Supply Pipe Lines, etc. for future Settling down with Surplus Soil, complete all as specified and as directed. 8 Supply & Laying Galvanised Iron Pipe 20mm bore (dia), Medium grade, ISI Marked with all GI Pipe Fittings as required, laid in Trenches or on Floors, etc., including Cutting Pipes, Screwing, etc. as required, complete all as specified and as directed.NOTE : Earth Works will be Measured & Paid for separately under appropriate Items. 9 S&F SPRINKLERS (as approved) with all Accessories and Fixing to GI Pipe, complete all as specified and as directed. 10 PHASE - II : MAN POWER 11 Maintenance of Plants and Grasses/ Shrubs, Plantation under Item No. 1.01 to 1.04 here-in-above by Employing 01 No. Man Power for minimum 01 Hour (excluding Closed & Gazetted Holidays) with all T&P and required Materials to maintain the Plants and Grasses/ Shrubs, etc. upto Completion of Defects Liability Period of the Contract, complete all as specified and as directed.NOTE : Quoted Unit Rate is inclusive of all Maintenance (except Plants and Grasses/ Shrubs) and to Provide Manure or Cow Dung excluding Closed & Gazetted Holidays. However, if the Manpower is found Absent on any Working Days, Recovery at the Double the Rate derived for Per Day (Payment) will be made from the Contractor.The decision of GE in this regard will be Final and Binding on the Contractor.
