    Tender For Term Contract For Artificer Work Of Zone D At Lgj Mil Stn; To perform such services and execute such works covered under the Term contract for Artificers work upon the terms and conditions contained or referred to in the Tender documents for the period of One Year from the date of acceptance at the rates contained in theMES Standard Schedule of Rates 2009 Part-I (Specifications) and Standard Schedule of Rates 2020 Part-II (Rates) with errata/amendments as applicableand at such other rates as may be fixed under the provisions of condition 62 of IAFW-2249 (General Conditions of Contracts) Note:- (i) Tenderer shall insert uniform percentage rate in respective row column. .(ii) Tender shall refer and select the option Excess (+) or less (-) available at the respectiverow/column ofthis BOQExcel sheet, to quote the percentage above/ below / At Paron MES SSR-2020(Part-II).(iii) Amount inserted by the MES under the estimated rate col and the total amount reflected in this page is approximate and for reference only.Amount of BOQ is only preparation of comparative statment according to e- Tendering system. it is not the tender amount and will not be considered for Acceptance of Tender. Being Term Contract, work is priced at therates given in MES SSR-2020(Part-II) andthe tender shall be accepted at uniform percentage given at respective row/column of this BOQ Excel sheet above/ below / At Par the rates contained in the MES Standard Schedule of Rates 2020 (Part-II) by the percentage quoted by the contractor on this page.(iv) If 0 (Zero) percentage is offered, the rate shall be as net (at par) with SSR.
