PQC laid spread and compacted including curing and timing by texturing cum curing machine complete all as specified and as directed. 18 Providing and laying Dry Lean Concrete (DLC) 250 mm thick of aggregate gradation as per Table 1 of SP 49:2014 having 7 day average compressive strength not less than 7 Mpa minimum cement content not less than 140 Kg/Cum DLC mixed in batching Plant, transported to site and laid by electron IC sensor paver including spreading and compacting using high amplitude tamping bars of paver (initial compaction) further by double drum smooth wheeled vibratory rollers with 80-100 KN static weight to achieve minimum dry density not less than 98% of maximum dry density, necessary finishing etc complete all as specified and tolerances to be as per Table 900-1 of MoRTH specifisctions for road and bridge works 2013. 19 Excevation over area n.exc 1.5 m deep and getting out any type of soil complete all as directed. 20 Add for each additional 1.5 m or part thereof in deepth beyond the first 1.5 m and geeting out any type of soil complete all as directed . 21 Material and labour for forming dummy joint of 115 mm depth of slab and 3mm wide initial cut of 8 mm wide x 25 mm deep (using diamond cutter) providing backup rod 10mm dia and sealed with polyurethane sealant (min depth of sealant 12mm upto a depth of 30 mm beyond 30 mm depth and remaining full depth of 85 mm the joint size will be 3 mm wide cut with diamond cutter) complying with BS 5212, BS 4254, and EN 41875-2003, priming the sides min MAF+ 30% with ten year performance guarantee and applying masking groundelectric cable as per SSR Part I2009 clause19.75complete all asspecifiedand directed by Engr in Charge. 39 Supply and laying ofcommon brunt clay bricks , size 230mm x 115mm x 75mm , laid flat complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 40 Supply and fixing of DWC HDPE tubing 40 mm including all fitting/ fixures such as Tee/ Elbow / Socket / Nipple etc Conforming to IS16205 bore for laying cable, cut to size and making the tubing for cable protection along with drawn in cable into the HDPE tubing on the surface/ on the wall/ along drainage etc cutting of road etc cutting of PCC and making the good surface complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.Note : (a) The using of GI Clamp in the wall/ drainage etc rate are deemed to be included in the quoted rate and nothing shall extra paid to contractor.
