Laying Of Sewerage Line In Strees Which Are Leftout. -- 1 Cutting of longitudenal joints 10mm to 12mm width and 150 mm depth of CC pavement for dismantling of CC Streets with cutter machine including all T and P and labour. 2 Making Sewer connection to Existingsewer line compete in all respects including material,TandP , plugging and Diversion of sewer line and labour. 3 Making Sewer connection from existing M.H.to Existing 500 mm i/d and 300 mm sewer line compete in all respects including repair of existing MH , including material,TandP ,plugging and Diversion of sewer line and labour. 4 ProvisionforRestoration of water connections damaged due to laying of Sewerage network complete in all respects. 5 Laying of 560 mm Outside Dia HDPE pipe of PE-100 grade and PN-6 for sewer. application as per IS 14333-1996 (amended up to date)Sewer Line By Trenchless Technology. in normal soil condition but not rock/bolder/any underground utilities like foundation Road, Drain coming in alignment or other underground obstruction suitable for MS casing pipe of size complete for 1100 mm i/d MS Pipe 12mm thick casing pipe. Consisting with complete in all respects with following components:-1. Coating of 1100 mm inner and outer surface of casing pipe with high build epoxy paint as per RDSO specification No. MandC/PCN 111/88 to a dry film thickness 200mm micron for protection complete.7*50=350).2. Boring/excavation including pit making at entry and exit point to the precise dimensions for the launch of the specialized auger boring machine/pipe pushing in all type soil condition complete i) 1100mm dia 12mm thick.3. Supply of 1100 mm día MS casing pipe inserting of pipe both side of railway track 12 mm thick as per IS 3589 of 1991 from steel late confirming to IS 2062 complete.4. Cleaning of outer and inner surface of MS pipe by sand ballasting complete to make the surface ready for PU costing 1100 mm.5. Prov. andfixing H.D.P.E. spacer at a distance of 2 meters apart to avoid contract of casing pipe and carrier pipe 560 mm For 1100mm MS pipe.6. Providing concrete block 1:1½ :3 on both ends to plug the annular space between casing pipe and carrier pipe.7. Laying, jointing, cutting and testing of 1100mm i/d MS pipe complete in all respect.8. Providing and Laying jointing, cutting and testing of 560mm 560 mm OD DN wall thickness 36.7mm HDPE PN6 PE -100 pipe for sewer application as per IS 14333-1996 (amended up to date)complete in all respect.9. Providing for probe radar survey to check any underground obstruction before finalizing the alignment.
