Comprehensive Annual Maintenance Contract (CAMC) of existing 626 HP HVAC Air Conditioning System (Daikin make) for One Year at Govt. Bone & Joint Hospital, Jammu.-Comprehensive Annual Maintenance Contract (CAMC) of existing 626HP HVAC Air Conditioning System (Daikin Make) Complete for 1st Year. It includes Providing Monthly Visit for checking/Servicing, Immediate attendance of breakdown Services. The CAMC includes following Conditions:• Replacement/Repairs all the Components of the equipment/machine including Refrigerant Gas Charging and all other Perishable items.• Once in a month Routine Maintenance Service of all the Components of the System.• 24x7 Call Logging to Redressal Mechanism.• All other Spare Parts pertaining to the System shall be replaced or repaired by the Service Provider within a time based manner.• Report to the customer in writing on any detected deficiencies.• Proper inspection of the System once a week from time to time in presence of the Engineer-In-Charge.• Check all Safety parameters.• Inspection of the System for any kind of minor/major faults.• Inspect all safety controls and adjust if any.• Inspect all operating control and sequence of Operation.• Monthly Operational analysis of the System.Also Submit the Weekly Analytic/Service Report about the functioning of the System to the concerned AEE.Complete job includes labour charges, transport charges and other taxes there off. 2 Comprehensive Annual Maintenance Contract (CAMC) of existing 626HP HVAC Air Conditioning System (Daikin Make) Complete for 2nd Year.
