    Bids Are Invited For Repair And Overhauling Service - Servicing Of Load Carrier; Servicing Of Load Carrier; Yes; Buyer Premises YEARLY SERVICING OF MT VEHICLE BA NO 020067242 DCPT REPAIR DETAILS 1. Engine Oil Filter, Fuel Filter set, Fuel Water Separator, Air Filter (Inner and Outer), Steering Oil Filter and other Filters to Be Changed 2. Engine Oil, Gearbox Oil, Auxillary Gearbox Oil and Differential Oil etc to Be Changed. 3 All Wheels Hub Greasing with High Melting Grease (to be procured from vendor himself) to be carried out. 4. Cracked dashboard cover to be changed, temperature gauge, cabin light cover to be replaced, seats to be repaired, Denting of left side and Painting is required. Vendor must replace the defective items by himself None of the item will be provided by MTR&S section. 5. Propeller Shaft Nut Bolts, Universal Joints, Ball Joints of Tie Rod, Drag Links, Road Springs to Be Checked for tightness replace if necessary 6. Fuel Tank Cleaning to Be Carried Out 7. Radiator Flushing to Be Carried Out 8. Battery Electrolyte, S.G to Be Checked and Top Up If Necessary. 9. Alternator to Be Serviced and Charging to Be Checked 10. Starter Motor Servicing to Be Carried Out 11. Clutch Fluid, Brake Fluid. Steering Oil and Coolant to Be Check and Replenish/Top Up. 12. Wheel Alignment and Balancing to Be Carried Out 13. Tyres Rotation to Be Carried Out 14. Brake System to Be Checked and adjust if required. 15. Vehicle Washing and Cleaning to Be Carried Out. 16. All Grease Lubricating Points to Be Greased 17. Only Petrol Oils and Lubricants will be provided by MT Section 18. Vendor should visit onsite and access the vehicle for necessary spares 19. Vendor must complete yearly servicing within 02 days after vehicle is provided to vendor 20 Customer satisfaction certificate has to the produced by vendor Total Quantity :
