Tender For Deck Works In Osv Sagar Nidhi; 1 Scope 1 ACCOMODATION LADDER:(PORT AND STBD) 2 (DL 90) Accomodation ladder- Ladder to be removed Completely .Turntable arrangement to be overhauled.- Gangway to be chipped and suitable coating.- Wires to be renewed.- Motors to be overhauled [5 kw].- Greasing nipples to be changed.- Accommodation ladder to be load tested.- Sheaves to be checked for condition and replaced as required.- Electrical wiring for Limit switch and motor damaged section to be renewed.- Limit Switches to be Renewed.Note: All Materials, Spares, consumables, paints, etc. is vendor supply.All inway jobs included. 3 Scope2 LADDER/STAIRCASES: 4 (DL 80)Stairs between the outer deck securing arrangement( Bolted to webpads/Eyepads.) found thinned down / corroded badly. Pad Sections to be renewed and all bolts to be replaced. Securing arrangements on deck for ladders to be renewed. Hinge Brackets badly corroded, need to be renewed. 2.Door hinge & mounting brackets to be renewed.3.Securing saddles to renew and door to be fitted back in place. 4.Compression bar around the door frame/sil to be checked for uneven/corroded/thinned down sections and to be renewed accordingly. 5.Retaining channel of rubber beedingaround the door frame to be checked for uneven/corroded/thinned down sections and to be renewed accordingly.6.
