Tender For Work Of Farmer House Construction Season 2025-26 - Workof Farmers house construction SEASON 2025-26 2 Earthwork in excavation by mechenical means (hydraulic excavator)/manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.50 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead up to 50m and lift up to 1.50 m, as directed by engineer in charge in all kind of soil 3 Providing & laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sourtces : 6 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size derived from natural sources all work up to plinth level complete 4 Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular)bricks of class designation 7.5 in super structure above plinth level in all shapes and sizes in cement mortar 1:4(1 cement : 4 coarse sand) complete in all respect 5 Reinforced cement concrete work in 1:1:5:3 (1 cement :1.5 course sand (zone III) derived from natural sources :3 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size derived from natural sources) in slab etc above plinth level up to floor five, excluding cost of centering & shuttering finished and reinforcement 6 Ms torsteel work in reinforcement including its cutting bending and blinding with wire including all cost of labour tools and machinery etc 7 Supply and laying PVC fan box and complete electric wiring open PVC battens, including 6 Amp switch, 6 Amp socket batten holders etc but except tube light and fans and cable from main line to kisan bhawan building including cost of all labour t & p etc 8 12mm thick cement plaster in proportion 1:4 (1 cement :4 course sand) including cost of material, labour, T&P etc complete for all heights 9 Oil bound distemper with 1st quality acrylic distemper ready mixed having VOC content less than 50gm/per litre of approved manufacturer 02 coats on new surface including cost of all material labour T&P etc 10 Centering and shuttering including strutting, proping etc and removal of form work for suspended floors, roofs, landings, balconies and access platform 11 40mm thick CC floor in ratio 1:2:4 cement and course sand and grit including cost of all material labour T&P etc 12 Provide and fixing 600mmx600mm vitrified tiles defferent colour shapes and sizes complete In all respect including cost of all marerial labour T&P etc 13 Provide and fixing MS door grill windows including cost of all material labour T&P etc 14 Supply and filling in plinth with sand under floor including watering ramming consolidating and dressing complete
