Camouflaging Works In Aor Of Age B R I Under Ge Af Pathankot At Air Force Station Pathankot- 1 Material and Labour for exterior painting work including complete removal of existing loose paint layers till plaster level by using jet pressure washer and crack filling up to 3mm by using crack seal (Fiber glass reinforced crack filling compound) & up to 10mm by using textured crack filler (Acrylic crack filler with a grainy texture).Touch-up by using wall putty with silicon additives followed by application of one coat of truecare exterior primer on walls and chajjas and applying two coats of modified acrylic smooth emulsion exterior grade with silicon having anti-algal and dust pickup resistance properties,Material should be applied(Dilution,Recoating Period etc...) as per manufacturer instructions by using fully automatic air less spray machine having flow speed of minimum 1 ltr per minute and pressure of 3300 PSI.Camouflage/colour pattern decide by the user.Note:a) The above specification is guaranteed for 4 years Performance Warranty.b) Rate ofRemoving of vegitation/plantation up to height of 7Mtr deemed to be included in the rate quoted by contractor. 2 Material and labour for 15mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar 1:4 on bricks or concrete surfaces finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement (up to7mtr height), including taking down existing plaster completeall as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.. Note Rate for form work if required to be including in the quoted by the contractor. 3 Material and labour applying two coats of modified acrylic smooth emulsion exterior grade with silicon having anti-algal and dust pickup resistance properties,Material should be applied(Dilution,Recoating Period etc...) as per manufacturer instructions by using fully automatic air less spray machine having flow speed of minimum 1 ltr per minute and pressure of 3300 PSI.(Ace Suprema).Camouflage/colour pattern decide by the user Completeall as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge..Note:The above specification is guaranteed for 4 years Performance Warranty. 4 Rendering dubbing coat over damaged irregular surface of patches at colms, chajja, canopy and soffits, roof projections ceiling facia etc using GI Chiken Mesh of size 0.25mm thick and 20mm aparture fixed with nails including necessary scaffolding arrangement (Up to 5th foor of Bldg) as required at site average 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 over cement slurry coat thick @ 3 Kg/Sqm making the surface even followed by 5mm hick rendering in cement mortar 1:3 furnished even and smooth including applying two coats of weather proof emultion paint including making of drip course as required complete including roughening surface of old concrete by picking sweeping clean and washing with water all completeall as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.Note: The rate for form work if required including in the rate quote by the contractor. 5 Writing letter or figures (Block,Roman Italic or Indian)n exc. 30cm high complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
