Tender For Civil Work For Construction Of 01 No 33Kv Guru Tegbahadur Bay At 132 Kv Substation Kunera Distt-Etawahpr No. - Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, for all lift, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m. 2 Supplying and filling in plinth withsand under floors, including watering, ramming, consolidating and dressing complete. 3 Cement concrete 1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size derived from natural sources) 4 Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level 1:1½:3 (1 Cement: 1½ coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources) 5 Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for Foundations, footings, bases of columns, etc. for mass concrete (For CC) 6 Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for Foundations, footings, bases of columns, etc. for mass concrete (For RCC) 7 Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for columns,wall etc. for mass concrete (For RCC) 8 Supply of 28 mm. dia M.S. Anchor bolts (conforming to IS 266)900 mm. long with base plate (75x75x6mm) welded with anchor boltsincluding its threading upto a length of 10cm. and also supplyof a pair of galvanized standard nuts with threading including supply of 5 mm thick washer and cost of labour, material & T&P for proper completion of work 9 Fixing and grouting28 mm and above dia bolts in properalignment level and setout with help of a template completeincluding supply of all labour & T&P etc. required for propercompletion of the work.(labour rates only) . 10 Supplyof 25 mm dia.M.S. Anchor bolts (conforming to IS-226) 500 mmlong with base plate(50x50x6 mm)welded with anchor bolts,including its threading upto a length of 10cm. and galvanizing upto 15cm from top, also supply of a pair of galvanized standard nuts with threading including supply of 5mm thick washer and cost of labour material and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work. 11 Fixing and grouting 25 mmand below dia M.S. Anchor bolt in proper alignment level and setout with the help of a template including supply of all labour T&P etc. reqd. for proper completion of the work. (labour rates only) . 12 Fixing of template in position level and alignment for groutingof Anchor bolt in Main fdn(labour rate only). 13 Fixing of template in position level and alignment for groutingof Anchor bolt in Auxiliary fdn(labour rate only). 14 Providing and laying in position 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources) grade of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work up to plinth level : 15 RCC work 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand(zone-III) derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources) 16 Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth in:Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) 17 Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level. 18 Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete. 19 Fixing and grouting of trench edging in proper level andalignment including cost of all labour, and T&P etc. required forproper completion of the work but excluding cost of C.C. (labour rates only) . 20 Fixing of cable trench racks in proper position and alignment including cost of all labour, material and T&Petc. required for proper completion of the work (Labour rate only). 21 Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate) finished with a floating coat of neat cement, including cement slurry, but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc. complete.40 mm thick with 20 mm nominal size stone aggregate 22 CEMENT PLASTER (in course SAND)1:4 .. 23 12mm thick plasterfinished with a floating coat of neat cement of mix 1:4 ratio. 24 Champering the edge of concrete in auxiliary structure, of size 25 mm wide in triangular section including all materials, labour & T&P etc complete. 25 Painting Steel work with Deluxe Multi Surface Paint to give an even shade. Two or more coat applied @ 0.90 ltr/10 sqm over an under coat of primer applied @ 0.80 ltr/10 sqm of approved brand and manufacture 26 Painting letters & number over cable trench cover or other places with the help of stencils including painting of base of 150 mm. dia of one coat of primer and two coats of superior quality synthetic enamel paint size of letter to be 60 mm. x 10 mm. including cost of all materials labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work including placing of Trench covers in required position 27 P/fixing bolts including nuts and washers complete. 28 Demolishing R.C.C. work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of steel bars and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in- charge. 29 Demolishing brick work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
