Hiring of services stage platform (40ft X 16ft) 1 A stage platform is essential to accommodate the full band ensemble and instruments. It will ensure proper visibility for the audience and enhance the overall presentation of the concert 2.2. Hiring of services Carpet 60 m Carpeting is required to cover the stage and surrounding areas to provide a clean and professional appearance. 2.3. Hiring of services stage backdrop (24ft X 12ft) 1 Backdrop will enhances the aesthetic appeal of the stage and will be used for displaying the concerts theme. It will also provide a visual boundary that focuses audience attention on the performers. 2.4. Hiring of services sound system 30000 W 1 The system includes Speakers (30000W), Power amplifiers, 06 microphones, cordless mic, monitor, sound box, sound mixer unit and required cables for working of all system accompanied by technician for Setting up the arrangement, testing and operation during the concert. 2.5. Hiring of generator 125 KVA 01 no with diesel 1 To guarantee uninterrupted power supply during concert, it is crucial to have a reliable generator that can handle the load and operate smoothly. 2.6.
