Providing and laying PCC block brick masonry (using PCC bricks of size 230*110*70 mm, using Cement Concrete of nominal mix 1:3:6 as per specifications) up-to plinth, including all leads of all construction materials and curing etc. complete as per specifications, in Cement Sand Morter 1:5

10 mm thick Cement plaster in cement mortar (1:4) as per design and specificatiion including cost of all materials including mechanical mixing of mortar with all leads & lifts and stacking etc. with curing for specifieed period complete in all respect.

Earth work excavation in foundation trench in ordinary soil for structures and then refilling soil in 15 cm. layers with all with all leads and lifts.
