Tender For Miscellaneous Civil Work In Ffp; 1 Miscellaneous civil work in FFP 2 Demolishing R.C.C Work including stacking of Steel bars and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 meters lead. 3 Demolishing Cement concrete including disposal of materials within 50 meters lead for any grade of mix 4 Demolishing brick work including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 meters lead In cement mortar. 5 Dismantling Steel work in built up sections in angles, tees, flats and channels, beams, column including all gusset plates, bolts nuts, cutting rivets, welding etc including dismembering and stacking with 50 meters lead at any height (Roof). 6 Clearance of Sanitary line Jamming. 7 15 mm cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall mix (with painting if required) 1:6 (1cement: 6 fine sand). 8 Brick work with modular bricks of class designation 75 in exposal brick work including making horizontal and vertical grooves 10 mm wide 12 mm deep complete from ground level upto plinth level in Cement mortar 1:6. 9 Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering in floors, beams, lintel, door fasteners etc. 1:2:4. 10 Earth work in excavation over areas including disposal of excavated earth, lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m; disposed earth to be levelled and neatly dressed. All kind of Soil. 11 Fabrication & Erection of Light Weight Steel structure with the tools and tackles all complete at any height (Roof). Only materials supplied by department. 12 Repair of Door, Windows including wood & fasteners, Clamps. Hinges etc. 13 Fitting of door closers, wash basins, urinal basins and other sanitary fitting excluding supply. 14 Cutting of tree branches stems making into pieces disposal of roofs branches and leaves other waste etc. and useful portion of wood logs to be sent to 06 Shop. The work includes labour, tool, tackles and transport of logs and branches (Clead / Fallen trees). 15 Grouting of foundation bolts with the tools and tackles, labour. Only materials by department. All complete. 16 Providing washable oil bound or paste distemper of approved make and shade two or more coats including materials labour, tools, scaffolds, cement primer etc. 17 Providing lime wash two or more coats complete with all labour & materials on old surface after cleaning of surface. 18 Providing of snowsem two or more coats complete with all labour & materials on old surface after cleaning of surface. 19 Providing & fixing glass panels of 5 mm thickness fixed in standard steel sections confirming to IS 1008 for any height. 20 Providing and laying in Reinforcement cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centring and shuttering in floors, beams, lintel, door fasteners etc. 1:2:4. 21 Reinforcement for RCC work including straightening cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete. Using derusting chemical Thermo Mechanically Treated Bars (Tata Tiscon or SAIL Make only). 22 Providing Two or more coats of synthetic enamel paint on steel structures, barbed wire etc. at any places and heights as per direction of Site I/c with all paints, labours, scaffolding etc all complete. 23 Providing 9 horizontal lines and 2 diagonals of barbed wire 2 ply 12 gauge (2 m height) between two posts, with all complete including material, labour, tools, tackles. Rate also including the dismantling of old barbed wire, supporting/strengthening the existing angles etc.
