Tender For Provn Of Internal Road At Khaltsi Under Ge Kumbhathang; 1 Excavation over areas, n exc 1.5 mdeep and getting out inhard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed . 2 Removing excavated material to distance exc 50m butn. exc. 150m where directed by the Engr-in Charge. 3 Rolling and consolidating formation surfaces in cutting using8 to 12mm tonne power road roller watering as necessary including filling in hollows and depressions to required true gradient and camber complete all as specified and directed . 4 Material and Labourfor 200mm thick(spread thickness) soling(or sub base with broken boulders or quarried stone, inter stices filled, surface formed, rolled and consolidated torequired gradient and cambercomplete all as specified and directed 5 Material and Labour for Laying and compacting 150 mm thick (compacted thickness) Wet Mix Macadam(WMM) laid in two layers of 75 mm each grading as per table 400-13 of MoRTH specifications for Road and Bridge works 2013 manufactured in WMM plant material comprising of clean, crushed, graded aggregate and granular material premixed with wate to a dense mass, spreading with sensor paver and rolling with vibratory roller of capacity 80-100KN static weight and consolidating to required gradient and camber complete all as specified and directed .Note : The finished surface tolerances to be as per Table 900-1 of MoRTH specifications for Road and Bridge works 2013 6 Material and Labourfor preparing WMM surface by wire brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc complete all as specified and directed. 7 Material and Labourfor applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer (Grade VG-10) using paving bitumen at 10Kg/10Sqm surfaces complete all as specified and directed. 8 Material and Labourfor providing Bituminous premix macadam using paving bitumen grade VG-10 wth bitumen content @4% by weight of total mix laid by mechanical paver, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient(Consolidated thickness 75mm or less) with 8 to 12 tonne power roller and rolled to a uniform smooth surface complete all as specified & directed. 9 Material and Labourfor applying a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer (Grade VG-10) using paving bitumen 5Kg/10sqm surfaces complete all as specified and directed. 10 Material and Labour for 40mm consolidated thickness bituminious premixed semi -dense asphaltic concrete using paving bitumen (VG-10) with 5.5% binder content by weight of total mix, spread by means of self propelled mechanical spreader /paver, rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber complete by using mechanical power roller 8 to 12 tonne capacity complete all as specified and as directed.Note : As a result of job mix formula , if quantity of binder content works out to be more than 5.5% no extra payment shall be made to the contractor and in case its qty works out to be less than 5.5%minimum binder content of 5.5% givenhere-in-above shall be provided. 11 Material and Labourfor preparing bituminous surfaces of road and marking 2.5mm thick centre lines, stop lines, dashes, arrows etc. and the like n. exc 10cm wide on roads pavements with hot applied thermoplastic road marking paint of approved colour confirming to BS 3262-1989 with special applicator machine all as per manufacturers instruction, complete all as specified and directed.
