Tender For Provn Of Borewell For 219(I) Fd Wksp Under Ge 873 Ews (2Nd Call); 1 Trial bore of 200 mm dia upto 200 meter depth below ground level in any kind of soil strata including hard stone/boulder including electric logging, MS cap, MS flat iron clamps, reducing socket etc. 2 Drilling and devlopment of Borewell by Odex full casing reaming up to 525 mm for 60 RM from ground level including casing pipe of 200mm dia and thickness 8mm and pea gravel as per required as per site condition all as specified and directed 3 All as per item No 2 above but exceeding 60 Mtr and upto 200 mtr 4 Supply, lowering and fixing in position slotted mild steel low carbon galvanised (LCG) strainer having 200 MM, minimum wall thickness 5.40mm with slot width 0.75 mm to 1mm, screwed ended and jointed with and including heavy duty socket conforming to relevant IS specification and welded in suitable length complete all as specified and as directed. 5 Fixing cost for MS reducer, bail plug, well cap, MS strip for centering, MS iron clamps, electric logging and sample strata box. 6 Development of bore well by air compressor of suitable capacity and with 25% extra capacity pump by pumping muddy water till sand/Mud free clear water of potable quality is obtained all as specified and directed. 7 Testing of tube well for yield with the help of turbine pump/Submersible pumps having variable discharge arrangement after development including draw down test, vertically test and aquifier performance test for contineous three days with given rest of 2 hours after every contineous run of 8 hrs including testing of water for chemical bactarioligical and arsenic composition as required for potable water complete all as specified and as directed. 8 M&L for mild steel column pipe 50 mm bore heavy duty 3 mtr long both end flanged, including jointing with nuts, bolts, washer and rubber gaskets as required and lowering in bore well as in column pipe of submersible pipe complete all as specified and as directed. 9 Supplying, commissioning & testing submersible pumpset multi stage with electric driven motor of minimum capacity 10 HP, 3 LPS dircharge at 120 M head 3 phase, 415 volts 50 Hz AC supply siutable to be lowerd n 200 mm dia bore well (casing pipe size 200) supplied and installed complete all as specified and directed. 10 Supply, laying and fixing water proof flat submersible electric cable 10 Sqmm 3 core 1100 volts with stranded copper conductor heavy duty as per IS:964 including water proof joints with motor leads connected to panel board complete all as specified and directed. 11 Chemical and bacteriological analysis and potability test of water obtainbed from bore well from approved lab and submitting the report in triplicate complete all as specified and directed. 12 M&L for fabrication ,installation,testing and commissiong of LT panel board outdoor type made out of CRCA sheet of 3.15 mm thick factory made CPRI approved standard and quality of dust,vermin ,rain proof comprissing of aluminium bus bar of suitable size and comprissing of the following complete all as specified and directed. :-(a) MCCB TPN,4 pole ,415 volt, 63 amperes, of 25 KA -01 Each(b) MCCB TP,3 pole ,415 volt ,32 amperes, of 16 KA -01 Each(c) LT CT of suitable ratio -0 1 Set(d) Digital volt meter range from 0- 500 volt-01 Nos(e) Digital ammeter of range 0-100 amperes-01 Nos(g) LED power indication lamps for RYB phases-01 Set(h) DOL starter suitable for submerciable pump set - 01 Each(j) Single phase preventer suitable for 3 phase line -01 Each(k) Bus bar Aluminium 200 Amp with colour code suitable for 4 wire system - 01 13 Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60×60cm.× 6mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not lessthan 1.5 metres below normal ground level, connected to galvanised earth lead wire 4.0mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated including testing on completion complete all as specified and directed. 14 Supply & laying XLPE insulated armoured heavy duty underground electric cable with stranded aluminum conductor 1100 volts ,grade cross sectional area of size 35 Sqmm 4 core. 15 Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth;
