Disconnection of all electric connection from of LRS/ACBs of the Motors (37 KW) and removing of suction/delivery system by cutting set or manual means etc. Dismantling/Removing of motor and pump set by cutting of all rusted nut bolts using gas cutter and lifting the motor and pump from the base frame with the help of men & machineries and placing at the safe zone as per site requirement.

Fixing of M.S Blind flange (400 mm dia.) both sides suction & delivery for sealing the sewage in dry sump and dismantling/removing the same after completion as per site requirement.

Dismantling & removing of existing M.S. base frame of Pump set (3.4 MGD) from the RCC foundation after cutting the foundation nut bolts & stud by gas cutter etc. and lifting with the help of men & machineries as per site requirement.

Breaking of RCC foundation with the help of manual labour/ power hammer and other tools & tackles etc. as per site requirement and also removing the broken material from Pump house and dispose of the same as per the norms of Govt. authorities.

Making of M.S. base frame (size of frame 1.95 m x 0.9 m) made out of M.S. C- Channel (150 mm x 75 mm), M.S. plate (10 mm thick) etc. as per site requirement.

Making of RCC foundation (2.3 m X 1.2 m X 0.25 m) of pump set (7.4 MGD) by cement concrete M-60, P/Fixing of foundation bolt with threaded and heavy duty nut with washer (Size 600 x 25 mm - 8 Nos.)
S/o Nut bolt, Washer etc. (heavy duty ISI marked) for 02 Nos. pump sets.

S/o Tyre Coupling No. TC/K/019-3902 DE Make:-Unique/Fenner/DJB approved.

Arrangement of safety equipments for the protection of staff to working in the deep pump house like mask, safety goggles, helmet, safety shoes etc.as per site requirement.

Painting charges of MS base frame.

Re-fixing of pumps & motors on the M.S. base frame and suction & delivery system with nut bolts and rubber packing and connecting of coupling with new bore making zero alignment without any vibration at proper level. The job i/c opening the valves and connection of motors with LRS/ACBs as per site requirement.

Testing & Commissioning of complete system on no load & full load full load.
