Arrangement of all safety equipment for the protection of staff to work at height and to make the working area free from all toxic gases and free from accident during working at site as per NHRC guidelines.

Plugging of total sewage water entering into the channel by closing the incoming and outgoing gate. Desilting of channel with the help of necessary logistic arrangement with gunny bags and providing dewatering to make the area workable and removal of all floating material etc. from the channels as per site requirement.

Dismantling/Removal of existing 02 Nos. bar screen from the channel by cutting old damage MS support and all rusted nut bolts by gas cutter and required logistic arrangement as per site requirement.

Fabrication and fixing of SS-304 platform (02 Nos.) for collecting the floating material removed from the sewage channel by bar screen. The size of 02 Nos. platform are(4 mtr x 1.15 mtr) and(4 mtr X 0.65 mtr). Made out of frame by Ss-304 angle (75 x75 x 6mm), SS-304 chequered plate of 6 mm thickness as per site requirement. Also making railing made of SS-304 angle (75 X 75 X 6 mm), 20 mtr length for safety purpose.

Fabrication and fixing of SS-304 \"C\" channel (02 Nos.) in vertical possession of approx. 25 feet. length of size 125 mm x 75 mm X 8 mm thick in the sewage channel for up and down of bar screen. Welding of 8 nos. SS304 plate with C channel, size of plate 300 mm x 200 mm, 8mm thick duly drilled 4 no. holes of 16mm at every corner of plate and fixing the same on wall with nut-bolt/fasteners.

Providing and fixing of SS-304 sheet at top level of water flow so that the water could not pass by upper of bar screen. The size of sheet will be (3.5 mtr long x 1.5 mtr width x 6 mm thick) duly welded with supporting of SS-304 angle of size (75 mm x 75 mm x 6 mm) fabricated as per site requirement.

Fabrication and fixing of bar screen (Jali- L type) of size 2.5 mtr long and 1.4 mtr width by fabricated of outer frame by SS-304 Angle of size (75 mm x 75 mm x 6 mm thick) and inner portion fabricated by SS-304 Flat iron of size (50 mm x 8 mm) duly welded one by one at 20 mm gap in each flat and fixing in sewage channel by making of clamping system on upper side of bar screen for fixing with chain as per site requirement.

Fabrication and fixing of shed for safety purpose of complete system from the rain fabricated by MS sheet of 3 mm thickness, angle of size (50 mm x 50 mm x 6mm), flat iron of size (50 mm x 5 mm), nut bolts and washer as per site requirement. Size of shed (4 mtr x 3 mtr).

Providing and fixing of SS-304 wire rope, (100 % full length) for 02 ton capacity electric hoists for lifting of bar screen up and down as per site requirement.

Fixing of existing electric hoist with the help of labour and required logistic arrangements.

Painting and primer charges of existing MS structure by one coat of primer & minimum two coat of epoxy paint.
