| 1 | LT Distribution panel sheet steel enclosure made out of 2mm CRCA sheet totally enclosed, powder coated free standing, floor mounted type, dust& vermin proof, outward opening, lockable doors having hidden hinges and a bolted back cover both using non-deteriorating neoprene rubber gaskets to provide IP-54 protection. Each part of the fabricated panel will be strictly subjected to seven tank treatment. The various components, assemblies and sub equipment’s of the panel will be as per standard given in relevant IS. The bus bar of the panel will be shaped out of high conductivity, electrolytic conductor and shall be liberal sized in aluminium. The control wiring of the panel will be done with PVC flexible copper wires of 1.5mm cross section. Each wire will be terminating with a ferule crimped to the wire, size 1000x1000x350 mm. | 8 | Fabrication of 100 mm dia. MS Pipe by welding, cutting, etc as per site requirement. Work includes welding the flanges on the 100 mm dia MS Pipe as required with the help of all T&P items required to complete the job. |
| 9 | Installation and fixing of the one New and other existing submersible pump-sets by jointing the pump with 100 mm dia MS delivery fabricated line with the help of heavy manual labour/hydra. Fixing of new Valves at delivery sides, with the help of nut & bolts, packing, etc. as required to complete the job. The job also include making connection of delivery line to existing delivery by fixing gap piece/lead joint, etc as per site requirement and laying of existing cable, making connection the motor from starter/panel etc. i/c watch and ward, cartage , loading and unloading taking all safety precaution arrangement, all tools and tackles. The work including testing and commissioning all E&M equipment i/c pump and motor at no load and full load. |
