If The Item(S) Under Sole Manufacturer / Importer Is (Are) Proprietary In Nature, Quarterly Intimation Is Solicited From The Approved Bidders Positively Regarding The Status Of Their Item(S) Proprietary In Nature, Otherwise Their Item(S) Will Be Blocked In The Smis. 5. In Case Of Tie Bid, Decision Will Be Taken By The Tia As Per G.O. No. 2320-F(Y), Dated 07.06.2022 Issued From Finance Department Audit Branch (Group T).
