Tender For Repair And Periodical Services Of Unit Hosp Of 39 Assam Rifles At Phek.; 1 SCHEDULE ‘A’ PART-I (REPAIR/PERIODICAL SERVICES TO HOSP BLDG) 2 Applying one or more coats of distempering with 1st quality acrylic distember (Ready mix) havingVOC content less than 50 grams/ litre of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade on old surfaces after preparation by Removing dry or oil bound distemper, water proofing cement paintand the like by scrapping, sand papering and preparing the surfacesmooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete. 3 Applying one or more coats of finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade onOld work (One or more coat applied @ 0.90 ltr/10 sqm)after preparation by Removing dry or oil bound distemper, water proofing cement paint and the like by scrapping, sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete. 4 Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand andmanufacture of required colour to give an even shade : One or more coats on old work after preparation by Removing dry or oil bound distemper, water proofing cement paint and the like by scrapping, sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete. 5 Providing and fixing glazed shutters for doors, windows and clerestorywindows using 4 mm thick float glass panes, including ISI marked M.S.pressed butt hinges bright finished of required size with necessaryscrews.Kiln seasoned and chemically treated hollock wood:30 mm thick 6 Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting,hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steelprimer using structural steel etc. as required. In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets,gates and similar works 7 Fixing only GI Sheet fixed bolts & nuts 8 mm dia with bitumen and GI limpet washers or with limpet washers.
