Road From Cambridge Chauraha To Kanshiram Chauraha - Road Work 2 Dismantling of flexible pavements and disposal of dismantled materials upto a lead of 100 m, stacking serviceable and unserviceable materials separately as per Technical Specification Clause 202(Mord 202)2.14 3 Construction of granular sub-base by providing well graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per technical specification clause-401 S/R(Sanction rate) 4 Providing and applying priming coat with bitumen VG 10 on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying VG-10 @ 0.75 KG per sqm. using mechanical means. MORTH 502. 5 Providing and laying spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam (WMM) specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in machanical mix plant carrige of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layiers with paver in sub-base / base course one well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density.Morth 406 (Sanction Rate) 6 Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (slowe setting) on prepared surface of granular Base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.60 kg/sqm using mechanical means. Morth 502 (Sanction Rate) 7 Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen (Vg-10) pressure distributor at the rate of 0.25 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous/granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom Both wheeled Roller 8 - 10 tonne capecity, finished to required level and grades Morth 503 (Sanction Rate) 8 Providing and laying bituminous macadam with 60-90 TPH Hot Mix Plant producing an average output of 25 cum per hour using crushed aggregate of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder (VG-30 @ 3.3 %)transported to site , laid over a previously prepared surface with paver finisher to the required grade, level and alignment and rolled as per clauses 501.6 and 501.7 to achieve the desired compaction. (as per MORTH Specification - 504) 9 Semi-Dense Bituminous Concrete (S.DBC) (Using Water Plastic) providing and laying Semi- Dense Bituminous Concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type HMP producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 5 per cent mix to work at site as per MORTH & H specification clause No. 508 complete in all respects (Reducing Bituminous Quantity by 8% and replacing it by Plastic wastage as per IRC SP 98-2013)Morth 508 (Sanction Rate) 10 Providing and applying 2.5 mm thick road marking strips (retro-reflective) of specified shade/ colour using hot thermoplastic material by fully/ semi automatic thermoplastic paint applicator machine fitted with profile shoe, glass beads dispenser, propane tank heater and profile shoe heater, driven by experienced operator on road surface including cost of material, labour, T&P, cleaning the road surface of all dirt, seals, oil, grease and foreign material etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge and accordance with applicable specifications. (mord 803) CH 26 11 Divider Work 12 Scraping old white or colour wash including disposal of refuse as directed by Engineer -in-Charge within a distance of 60 meters (sor no 708) 13 Providing and applying white cement based puttyof approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.(dsr new 2023-24) ch15 14 finishing walls with exterior emulsion panit(Apex) of approved brand and manufacter and of require shade on undarcoated wall surface to give even shade over @ 1.25ltr/10 sqm including one coat of primier applied @ 0.75 ltr/10 sqm coat curing and cost of all materials ,labour ,t&p etc. required for proper completion of work .
