Contractor shall inspect the site to acquaint with the site conditions as well as security conditions at AMD.2.The rates quoted shall include cost of all tools and tackles, manpower including wages, liveries, all wastages and taxes GST, Labour cess, IT, etc., as applicable but exclusive of EPF and ESI.EPF and ESI are reimbursable as per relevant clause. |
| 2 | Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on theexterior side, up to seven story height made with 40 mm dia M.S. tube1.5 m centre to centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joining with cup & lock system with M.S. tubes, M.S. tube challies, M.S. clamps and M.S. staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it there after. The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connection with the building etc wherever required for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc. complete as per directions and approval of Engineer-in-charge. The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose. The payment will be made once irrespective of duration of scaffolding. |
| 3 | Dismantling Asbestos Cement sheet roofing including ridges, hips, valleys and gutters etc., and stacking the material within 50 metres lead as per direction of E -I-C. |
| 4 | Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of E -I-C. |
| 5 | Repair to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sqm and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing plastering the wall surface with white cement based polymer modified self curing mortar, including disposal of rubbish, all complete as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge. |
| 6 | Structural steel work in single section, fixed with or without connecting plate, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete as per direction of E -I-C. |
| 7 | Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for Vertical and horizontal fins individually or forming box louvers band, facias and eaves boards as per direction of E -I-C. |
| 8 | Providing and fixing roofing consist of 0.8 mm thick galvanized steel deck sheet confirming to IS 277:1992 used as permanent shuttering over which MS wire mesh 3 mm laid at 100x100 mm grid including edge trim covered with concrete. This metal deck will be supported on structural steel beam with shear studs. (Structural steel like Beam, column, joists etc. & concrete of different grade as per design will be paid separately) as per direction of E -I-C. |
| 9 | Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work usng thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more. including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete above plinth level as per direction of E -I-C. |
| 10 | Providing and laying in position Ready mixed or site machine batched and machine mixed design mix M-25 grade cement concrete for reinforced cement concrete work, using coarsed aggregate and fine aggregates derived from natural sources, OP cementcontent as per approved design mix,, admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS: 9103 to accelerate/ retard setting of concrete, improve durability and workability without impairing strength, including pumping of concrete to site of laying, curing, carriage for all leads,but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcementas per direction of Engineer-in-charge. |
| 11 | Smooth finishing of the exposed surface of R.C.C. work with 6 mm thick cement mortar 1:3 (1 Cement : 3 fine sand).including proper wet curing etc., complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-charge. |
| 12 | Providing & applying with ready mixed Premium acrylic emulsion paint (Company Depot Tinted) having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade with silicon additives on new work (Two or more coats applied @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/10 sqm complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-charge. |
| 13 | Providing and applying painting in two coats with acrylic emulsion paint of interior grade, having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50 grams/ litre, of approved brand and manufacture, including applying additional coats wherever required, to achieve even shade and colour after thouroughly brushing the surface, filling the cracks with necessary chemical adhesive, approved putty to give uniform shade, preparing the surface free from all grease, dirt, loose pieces of scales, including preparing the surface with sand paper, cost of materials, labour complete as per specification and direction of E-I-C. |
| 14 | Providing and applying one or more coats on old work withsynthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufactureof required colour to give an even shade on doors, windows, grills etc. after thouroughly rubbing/ brushing the surface, filling the cracks with necessaryapproved putty to give uniform shade, preparing the surface free from all grease, dirt, loose pieces of scales, including preparing the surface even and sand paper smooth, cost of materials, labour complete as per specification and direction of E-I-C. |
