Dismantling of kota stone flooring including removal of under layer backing course. Complete with removal of unserviceable materials to outside the campus as directed.(Approx. thickness of flooring including backing course is 60mm).(Approx. quantity is 45.00 Sqm.) 01 Job. 02. Dismantling of ceramic tiles dado/flooring including removal of under layer backing course. Complete with removal of unserviceable materials to outside the campus as directed. (Approx. thickness of dado/flooring including backing course is 30mm) .(Approx. quantity is 100.00 Sqm.) 01 Job. 03. Stripping of worn out plaster and racking out joints and cleaning the surface thoroughly including removal of rubbish to our side the office campus. 75.00 Sqm. 04. Taking out carefully and removal of steel window /louver with integrated M. S. grill, if any and disposed the same to the directed location. (Payment should be made in Nos. comprising of grill and window) 04 Nos. 05. Carefully removal the door shutter with frame and fittings and disposed the same to the directed location complete as per direction. 04 Nos. 06. Carefully removal of the existing sanitary fittings and fixture like IWC, EWC, urinals, wash basin, cistern, mirror etc. with all accessories from its position and removed the same to the directed location complete as per direction.(Considering one toilet as one job) 02 Job. 07. Carefully removal of existing G.I. / PVC pipe line irrespective of diameter (exposed or concealed) and disposed the same to the directed location. Complete as per direction.
