Repair/Replacement Of Worn Out Parts Of 5 Cusec X 10M Head Pumping Unit No.2 Along With Other Allied Works At Lis Dai Chak- 1 Repair/replacement of worn out parts of 5 cusec x 10m head pumping unit no.2 along with other allied works at LIS Dai Chak 2 Decoupling of 05cusec x 10m head HC pump of unit no.2 at LIS Dai Chak from the motor assembly and dismantling the pump from the base frame. Carriage of the dismantled 05 cusec HC pump set, to the nearest roadside, using manual labour, head load through fields to nearest road side, loading in transport vehicle, carriage to the workshop in the mechanical transport for repairs. Repair to 5cusec horizontal casing pump set at workshop by way of dismantling and extraction of damaged internal parts. Providing/fitting of new pump shaft by way ofturning, rethreading & finishing to accurate size as per specifications of old damaged shaft. Making of new slots for feather keys. Repair to the impeller by way of welding/brazing, machining, making key ways slots on the impeller and fitting of the same on the pump shaft. Providing and fitting of 2no.s new bearings on driving and non driving end of the pump as per sample, neck rings, 1no. shaft protection sleeve, new gland studs repair to bearing housing, gland plates and applying sufficient amount of grease to avoid excessive wear and tear, gland packing as per requirement.Providing & fitting of new CI coupling set by way of machining for keyway on either side of shaft (motor and pump side) to the pumping unit as per sample by way of resizing of holes. Job also includes dismantling of the old coupling pulleys from the shaft and then providing and fitting of new coupling nuts/bolts & rubber bushes.Complete assembling of pump set after carrying out necessary repairs. Shifting back to the LIS Dai Chak and then fitting/reinstallation at the base frame, coupling with the motor by making proper alignment and testing on partial/full load. Repair to the coupling and suction pipe of priming pumpset by cutting the old rusted nut bolts and decoupling the pump-motor assembly. Providing/fitting of new coupling in place of damaged/worn out as per sample to fasten the pump motor assembly. Dismantling of priming unit’s suction pipe by means of tool and tackles/manual labor and then extraction of the suction pipe from the nallah. The job further includes cutting of rusted part of the suction pipe from the priming suction pipe. Providing/fitting of GI pipe 3 inch dia., 4ft in length in place of old rusted portion of the pipe by way of threading at both ends of pipe. Fitting of the priming suction pipe at site by means of tool and tackles and manual labour. Providing/fitting of wire mesh along the intake sump tank of LIS Daichak approx. 20ft in length and 6ft height for protection of foot valves from the unwanted polybags/garbage etc. flowing in the Choi Nallah. The job involves fitting the wire mesh around the sump area by way of providing and fixing with M.S angle iron members already erected with the help of nuts and bolts/welding. Job includes cost of material and labour charges for skilled and semiskilled labour, hire charges of welding set, tools and tackles to be employed at site for execution of job. Repairs to 30HP manually operated Oil immersed star-delta motor starter of Unit-2 of LIS Daichak. Job includes dismantling of starter from its installed position after disconnecting all electrical connections on input as well as output side and then carriage of the starter to workshop for repairs/replacement of intermediate Bakelite rod, moving and fixed copper contact points, No volt coil, thimbles, overload protection relay and then back carriage to LIS for re-installation, commissioning and testing on no load and full load conditions. Complete job includes cost of material, skilled & unskilled labour charges, tools tackles charges and carriage charges to site. 3 Rebate on Old Parts
