    Bids Are Invited For Repair And Overhauling Service - Yearly Routine And One Time Purity Check; Make: M/S Zeal Marketing, M/S Bharti Class Ibs; No; Buyer Premises EARLY ROUTINE AND ONE TIME PURITY CHECK OF FM-200 SYSTEM ONBOARD ICGS C-154 a) Remove nozzle from piping to allow any foreign material to w clear. (b) Remove all pressure operated control from FM-200 cylinders. (c) Open distribution and keep open long enough cleanliness of pipes. (d) Reconnect all control heads. (e) Overhaul control systems, monitoring system and fire detection system. (f) Blow out distributing piping with nitrogen to ensure cleanliness of pipe. (g) Weight the cylinder and recharge. Refill, if weight reduced more than 10%. (h) Clean discharge nozzles. (i) Calibrate all pressure devices. (j) Test manual actuators. (k) Test remote pull cable. (l) Test pneumatic detection system (m) Test time delay Total Quantity :
